The cashiers are polite but the thing that makes me not want to buy much is most stuff on the shelves are not marked with a price or they are marked incorrectly. I don't want to wonder how much something costs or get a surprise when I look at my receipt.

We saw on the door it closed @ 9, when we were there at 8:52 they said he closed @ 8 . There were still people walking around inside. He also said they were out of manual can openers and asked us to buy the electric can opener, we went to the kitchen aisle and THEY WERE NOT out.

Its hard to keep a store up when you have customers coming in and messing things up. I've shopped here and watched customer drop stuff, put stuff back in wrong places. You know there is 2 people working each shift so why make it harder then complain it's messy.? It's not their fault. It's Family dollars fault for not giving them a bigger budget to have 3 people on each shift.

This Family Dollar is disrespectful to our community. Only in a black community would they staff a WHOLE store with two people, one who is obviously new and unfamiliar with the register. The other refusing to open another register because she’s “assigned to the floor today”. With a line rounding the corner of the first aisle, I stood in line almost 30 minutes only to have New Boy say he wants a break because he can’t take the complaining. We were told they don’t care if we complain, they’re not getting paid much; go to another Family Dollar. I was given a cellphone number to “Headquarters” and no one has reached out yet. I dont expect them to. They need to go.

This is the only store in the neighborhood that offers a wide range of things. If ever I'm short on household items or a snack I can just run here and grab it. The staff is very helpful and friendly. Sometimes the store can be a little out of order, but I can tell the employees try to keep it looking nice.

Since they got rid of the old store manager Dalvin, this store has went to ROCK BOTTOM!!!! The new manager which is Temeka, and her staff appears to not put ANY EFFORT into keeping the store organized, clean, floors swept & mop and the shelves are ALWAYS empty!!!! I would rate the store a zero, but the ratings are based on a scale of 1-5.

Poorly managed store. Registers not functioning properly. Workers hang outside store. Front door broken, store is always a mess. Hand printed signage, in an age of technology hand-written signs is just plan ole unprofessional. But I guess you have to consider the location. People just don't care. Sad...

Since the store has hired a younger staff it has really gotten bad. The shelves barely stay stocked and majority of the workers don't have a clue what's going on. That's usually because they're on the phone. When the older crowd ran the store I never minded going here. Now I have to be desperate to go here and hope they have what I'm looking for.
