Every time I take a Shred class I leave in a better mood. Everyone (and I mean everyone) on staff is friendly and genuinely seems happy that you're there. The music is great and the workouts are challenging but also very customizable to how you're feeling that day. I don't live in Indianapolis anymore but when I'm home, my trip feels incomplete if I'm not able to get at least one Shred class in.

I turned to Shred415 in 2017 and I’ve never looked back! It’s now my only workout, 4 to 5 days a week, and I’ve never looked or felt better. The workouts are so effective—perfect mix of running and strength work! And still so fun—you can choose how much you want to push yourself. The instructors and staff are amazing and encouraging. I look forward to going to class every day and feel amazing afterwards—you have to try it!!!

This is an incredible asset--the room is peanut-free, full of engaging toys, and has a t.v. (which isn't always on!). They'll even take your kids to the bathroom!
