A large information-sharing crew. Tory did wonders last year solving the wiring/programing problems with my RV van last year caused by an inept solo audio man and unsolved by a reputable truck conversion company. The Greenwood store closed and Tory went to the Columbus location. He diagnosed and solved the battery storage/charging problem that the same truck conversion company failed to solve. While doing so, I witnessed him checking his decisions with other a few other tech guys who seemed to know their stuff. He did the work as soon as the parts arrived. Anyway, thanks again Tory. 8-13-22 .... more to review After Tory installed a lithium battery to finally do what I was looking for, the amperage pull from the selector to the battery was a bit too high. For the next week-10 days or so I noticed an oder that I thought could have been a fluid overpour of some sort in the engine area when getting oil change. "till while starting van up in WI, the oder was a bit stronger and I noticed smoke coming from under driver's seat where van battery is located. I called Tory and he helped me figure out how to expose the wired area...even sent me a link. The selector wiring was acting like a fuse...slowly burning the wiring insulation...thus the smell. There was nothing wrong with the prior work Tory'd done when increasing the wiring size. Audio Source got me in as soon as I was back in the area and Tory fixed the problem. The new lithium battery can now fully charge and I can see the great expected improvement. Again...thanks Tory and Audio Source!

Nice people but I ended up paying around $800 for speakers worse sounding and quieter than my stock ones. Specifically asked for speakers that could handle bass and ended up getting ones with horrible bass but amazing treble

Highly recommend taking your vehicle to them! Took my Jeep there for them to install a custom sound bar that wasn’t even their products and Matt the Vice President was very nice and said he could install them with no problems. I asked them to check a bunch of stuff out for me and go over my work and they fixed every problem I had. Haven’t had a single issue with my speakers and I will be taking all my other vehicles to them in the future!

Very friendly and professional staff. Very knowledgeable and don't try to sell you any stuff that you don't need. I drive 2 hrs to get here and well worth the trip. Have another appointment to get stereo system upgraded in my Harley. Thanks Audio Source!

We went in to upgrade a 2010 corolla to a blue tooth radio. Tory talked us through what we needed, asked us what additional features we wanted. He got parts ordered for the install and kept us smiling the whole time we were there. Tory is very friendly and knowledgeable.

Very helpful staff that was very knowledgeable about the Compustar alarm and the new stereo deck I was looking to upgrade to. Very reasonable installation times and done very well. Wait time for appointments is a bit long, but it's expected for the Columbus area and worth it.

I have been to this audio store on a number of occasions and the sales persons have always been honest and kind. The selection is good, and the products they sell are some of the best. It's nice to have a shop so close. No matter the need they've got you covered.
