Staff is great. I had a BLT and it had an abundance of B. My husband had the fried steak and he said it was done perfect. Wasn't dry wasn't hard tastes great. I also had the chicken and dumplings. I must say I've had better dumplings but these were still good.

Largely unimpressive. 30 minutes to get two steaks of which one was sent back for being spoiled meat. Our family of six ate here for dinner while on vacation. It was our first visit. The staff was very friendly and attentive, even as they got busy with the dinner rush. The food was hot, fresh and delicious. Highly recommend the fried chicken. It was probably the best I've ever had. The white gravy on the mashed potatoes was so good. I loved the seasoning! My husband and son really liked the catfish fiddlers and two of my daughters enjoyed the pizza. My youngest daughter raved about the hot, crispy French fries. Everyone agreed it was the perfect dinner. The prices were reasonable, about $10-$11 per person. The atmosphere was very cozy, homey and clean. We will definitely return on our next trip.

The buffet has real potential what we got was good but it seemed that side items were running out in the middle of dinner and what appeared to be left overs from previous days were being put out. Also they were not able to keep up with demand on the chicken on the buffet. One half pan of chicken every 20 minutes won't cut it with the amount of business that was there. The food was good but not great. Service was meh.

Wow, great food Great service. The fried pickles are so amazing. Plus the Chef Salad is big enough for 2. Wonderful experience. Only down side is no clear signage to tell ya where to go. * we were just passing thru and the came up when looking for food*

The food was good and we found something even for our picky eater! It seems like they could use another employee during peak times, but everyone was friendly and we enjoyed our visit. Pretty sure we'll be back the next time we come through.

Really good food. Great service. If you're looking for top notch sandwiches and burgers, it's a great place to go to. Very reasonably priced.

Always good food off the menu, and don't forget about the soup and salad bar which will never disappoint! I'm usually here with a bigger group, and the service is always friendly and fast with food arriving in a timely manner. We will definitely be back!

A great place for a quick lunch and also a drink. I tried the Philly cheese steak and added the onion rings. My wife had the turkey club with chips. All the food was great and the owner was friendly, attentive and quick to serve us despite it being pretty busy at the time. The lunch menu has a lot of classic lunch items but no steaks etc. The dinner menu which begins at 4pm has the steaks and the more dinner appropriate items. There were numerous TV's with various games on. We were staying in Santa Claus Indiana and this was recommended because Santa Claus doesn't have many places to eat. Google took us down gavel roads to get here. Ha! It was very scenic and adventurous!

I had the spicy stromboli. It wasn't bad... but it wasn't great. I've some fantastic storms in my life, so I'm a little picky. The waitress did tell me this is a whole sausage patty, but I decided to try it. If you try it and like it, please post your review with a better rating.
