Hi everyone, I am VERY Disturb reading all the negative reviews ( 90% of the reviews is Negative! ???). Where is the district manager and owner ??? Don't they care about customer service? Is employee moral that low, they don't care ? Treat employees with respect and they will treat your customers ( = )more money and business. I live in NW Indiana , and they have CLOSED ALL 3 CHURCHES CHICKEN ! What is going on ???

Been awhile since I had corn on the cob so I decided to come here and also pick up some chicken while there. But was surprised at how much I was told it was. Looked at the receipt and saw they charge around $2.50 PER EAR. DEFINITELY won’t be doing that again anytime soon when grocery stores all over the place lol.

Its close, its convenient, i love the the biscuits and cole slaw. The fried chicken is bland, no flavor. I have to eat it with a salt shaker in hand!

Great experience for a church's chicken. Many of them lack service but these people were nice and efficient. The chicken was perfect as always and you can tell it was fresh oil none of the old oil like so many places try to do to save money these days.

Their dining room is closed; this is not notated anywhere, the doors are just locked. The person on the drive-through speaker was very rude. Then the manager spoke to us to inform us that there is no non-spicy white meat available. This is a restaurant specializing in chicken, right?

I Could Have Had a V8: My dinner from Church’s Chicken at 7224 W 10th Street was disgraceful and nauseating. After waiting in drive thru for 45 minutes, I left with the best and freshest chicken I’ve Ever received from this location. However, the fried okra I ordered fried hard was dark, so I assumed it was fresh. What a joke. The okra was stale, it wasn’t crispy nor hot, it smelled and tasted horrible. The drive thru line is now longer than before. The lobby door is conveniently locked. I called the phone number on the receipt. After one ring a computer generated voice says, “goodbye” and then hangs up. I would like every a full refund and an apology for this ridiculous unsavory meal.

I enjoy fried chicken, on occasion I enjoy not having to fix it myself. Unfortunately on this trip they appeared to be overwhelmed at this location. The chicken was badly overdone, dried out and hard. I am hoping it was just a bad day. The picture is what I prepared myself since I couldn't eat theirs.
