Best chicken restaurant in Indianapolis, Indiana (IN) 2024

I Could Have Had a V8: My dinner from Church’s Chicken at 7224 W 10th Street was disgraceful and nauseating. After waiting in drive thru for 45 minutes, I left with the best and freshest chicken I’ve Ever received from this location. However, the fried okra I ordered fried hard was dark, so I assumed it was fresh. What a joke. The okra was stale, it wasn’t crispy nor hot, it smelled and tasted horrible. The drive thru line is now longer than before. The lobby door is conveniently locked. I called the phone number on the receipt. After one ring a computer generated voice says, “goodbye” and then hangs up. I would like every a full refund and an apology for this ridiculous unsavory meal. ~Lane
