Love this place! Staff is friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. They will not let customers leave without answers to their questions. The products are of good quality and are dependable. It's next to a grocery store so there is plenty of parking, and is wheelchair assessable. The only question I would have is if their hours couldn't be extended on the weekend an hour or two?

I would give this store ONE THOUSAND and more stars if I could. My family have been customers for over 20 years, would NEVER go anywhere else. When my daughter was young, we made sure to stop by on Saturday's for the popcorn and just browse around and have fun. For over 20 years when we needed help on a project, ( inside or outside )the employees go above & beyond to help, we purchased our Riding Mower, Snow Blowers, yard blowers, large tools, small tools, paint, you name it. They put together & delivered large items, have replaced 'defective' with no questions asked. BEST, BEST, BEST store & friendly, helpful employees ! ( I lost my husband to cancer a few years back, this store has gone above & beyond to make sure I get any extra help with projects I am not sure of, DEFINITELY a generational family store !!! )

Terrible customer service. I picked up an order today and waited about 25 minutes. Only one person, the cashier, helped me. There were four other staffs there doing nothing just talking at the register. Because of the long wait, I went to outside for about 30 minutes. When I came back to the store, they were still at the same place talking. Just one cashier working. If they were all busy, it's understandable and I wouldn't be posting this, but that is not the case.

Just picked up my new Stihl weed whacker. Robbie helped me. Excellent customer service. Showed me the main points of using my new Stihl plus helped me register my new product. Also helped me select the proper fuel. Highly recommend this Ace. I will gladly drive from Crete to receive great service. Thank you!

I always go there for my snow blower in the Winter and my lawn mower in the summer tune UPS and anything else I need while I'm there. Staff is friendly and helpful.

Went in to get 2 propane tanks filled, was in-and-out very quickly, also Cashier recommended the propane program which I did not know they had, Get so many refills and you're entitled to a free refill That's why I was shop there.... taking care of the customer is priority one.
