Never really realized some car washes were bad before going somewhere else after here lol. It's clean and put together nicely and employees are quick and friendly. They do a good job normally.

Had no wait time with a good wash that shined the tires, rims, and entire car like new. Can be pretty pricey when adding the ceramic sealant, but the shine lasts longer.

If you want a clean beautiful car shiny rims and a beautiful underbody with no rust go to Mike's and a ceramic coating is well worth it great friendly staff as well

Never again. I purchased a new vehicle. Had it two days. Had window tint installed. Prior and after the tint the company walks w me around my vehicle doing an inspection to make sure there is no damage caused by them. Vehicle was perfect. I traveled 3 miles to Mike’s Carwash. Still zero damage. Had a wash w the wheel bright and tire shine. 3/4 of the way through I feel my car jar like it was being hit from the side. After I exited the wash my passenger side rims are gouged. I immediately alert Mike’s employees. Corporate reaches out to me to say it’s not caused by their wash and too bad. So I suggest they inspect my vehicle and I go through again and if new damage appears then it’s obviously from their wash and they repair the damage. They said no. Looking online the damage my wheels have are synonymous w auto washes. I wish I would have known this. This is a new BMW w low profile STOCK tires and rims. Maybe they should put up a warning that their equipment will do this. No where is it listed this type of damage can happen w stock vehicles. This is my first luxury car. I’ve owned trucks before this and didn’t have this problem because the tires are bigger. So warning to you all, if you have low profile tires don’t go to Mike’s. And if they damage your vehicle they won’t do anything to resolve it. Way to not take responsibility Mike’s.

Kind and respectful staff everytime your greeted. They are happy to make a drawing for your kids in the back. Most importantly a thorough car wash. If you are not satisfied they will take care of your vehicle and make sure your clean before leaving.

Very upsetting today. I use Mike's car wash a lot I had an issue one time when I went out covered hit I wasn't able to return a phone call. But today I love their dissatisfied angry. I went in and I have pictures before and after I paid $5 to use the vacuum I had a car wash ticket No it wasn't an ultimate but I can barely afford to wash my care of that I know I've never had trouble washing my car and having this removed if I do it myself but when you pay for a ticket and it's not the ultimate I still expect better than I got today after the car wash they was still bird poop on my car and mirror. Before and after.

I've got the unlimited ultimate, and I wash my truck about 15 times per month. Love it and now they have the ceramic coat....nice. Cheated once and went to another car wash, they broke my mirror, cost me $750. More than 50 washes and I've never had a problem with Mike's.
