Watched them spray a truck down for about 2 to 3 minutes. I had bugs on my windshield they did not spray off. After going through the car wash bugs still on my windshield so I have to clean my windshield myself.

My boyfriend bought me gift cards equivalent to 6 months of unlimited washes because I got a new SUV. Before i purchased the 6 months i decided to pay for a wash to see if i liked it.After the first time taking it through Mike's it left a film on the car I had to buff off. I stopped in to ask a manager about it and was told they weren't available but he said when this happens to people's cars the manager tells them they need to wipe off the whole car after taking it through the wash. I had large streaks running down the side and the employee didn't offer to rewash it.

Coming from an area that only had “crew car wash” it’s the same experience but maybe better. Very friendly staff. Don’t try to over push and sell you something you didn’t ask for.

Disappointed. Been getting my truck washed at this location for a year and a half since it’s the only location my truck will fit, due to a wide tire offset and lift kit. Was told by the manager this morning I can no longer get my truck washed at this location due to the wide tire offset. He wanted to measure the width after my truck went through the wash and said it’s too wide. Very disappointed since I’ve been coming to this location since I purchased my truck. Looks like my business has been transferred to The Tube. Service: Auto detailing

Mike’s is THE place to wash your vehicle! I have been coming to Mike’s Carwash for 35 years. The staff and carwash are consistently awesome!!

Had a BAD construction tar issue. Staff members and manager examined the MESS, took extra time and effort making sure my vehicle was CLEAN. Thanks so much. Also: Staff member directing car into car wash had bright orange, high visibility nail polish; it helped with guiding car onto belt safely and correctly.

Wheel wells only get sprayed out if attendant is asked to do it. Truck comes out with soap spots all over it and still dirty underneath. Quite disappointed and stuck with 6 month pass. The new in town wash on Lima towards Dupont is great!

Mike's is expensive but does a great job and is conveniently located. Today they were extremely busy due to the beautiful weather and sunshine today and all that snow and salt on the cars from yesterday. There was at least 20 cars in front of me. The attendant that was working the entrance was great. He went from car to car, taking payments and telling everyone their options (up selling) explaining their different washes and the different wash plans! Very impressed. He kept all the lines moving. The next attendant sprayed the front of the car and the 3rd attendant got you in the building by motioning left, right, forward. Everyone is always very nice and smiles and even though they were so busy they still acknowledge you. Great place to get a car wash.

This wash just opened up and it is superb. The lot is big and well lit with plenty of vacuum space. The wash itself was awesome. They have a new belted conveyor and the tunnel was wide and better lit than other Mike's. This new wash was awesome and I was so glad to have come through today. I wish I lived closer.

Great facility and staff are excellent with awesome customer service. Has a fast pass lane for unlimited wash customers. Facilities include an area to vacuum interior. Also has machine to purchase anything you need to detail your vehicle.
