I am very upset about my experience. I feel they gave me the runaround and it took a whole week to get something accomplished but should not have taken but a few hours. Really poor job guys. But, I guess if you had no customers you would be able to get all your work done!

I have used the pharmacy at this location for over 7 years. They were great. They knew our family and when I came in knew if there were prescriptions ready or not. Entire new staff and every, single time I fill regular monthly prescriptions for myself and my child, we now have to wait sometimes up to a week for them. The same meds and supplies for Type 1 diabetes every month and now they are always “out of stock.” I don’t understand what happened there. 2 stars for being close to home, and the staff in the store is great. But pharmacy changes are terrible.

I've visited this Walgreens about 50+ times. I've always been encountered by friendly staff, such as Daisy, that help me get either the medicine or the food I need in what's usually crunch time. Not only are they helpful and attentive but they're also able to recognize me and connect with me as a person. every. single. time. Kudos to this team and I hope the best for them!

The customer service in the pharmacy is excelent. Brian the pharmacy tech really stood out to me, I had an issue with my insurance and he took the time to help me. Overall great experience!

Evin was fast, great service, smile. If he isn't a manager yet they should promote him to go manage store 9003 on the south end of Weston Rd.

Very nice staff @11PM today (Mar 10th); a nice store attendant helped me out, and my bill came out to a crispy 5$, instead of all of that change. Do not know why this store is rated so low, the place gives you 💯+10%. 10/10, would recommend!

I’ve been using this pharmacy for over 15 years and I haven’t had many issues in the past, but recently they decided to change the entire staff in the pharmacy area and what a let down. Never have I had to wait longer for my medications or vaccination. I had appointments set up for my entire family to get vaccinated and they didn’t take care of us for over an hour. No apology, no excuses, no explanation in regards to why it was taking so long, no nothing. Walgreens, do better. Specially with this pharmacy staff. A customer service in service wouldn’t hurt.

Very poor customer service. This store used to be a reliable comfortable place to shop. It has now become a place where the employees fight with the customers. Do yourself a favor and shop at any other Walgreens but this location.

I just had the worst experience at this place. A super rude cashier I spoke to and she didn't look at me, asked her various questions about the products, and she ignored me. At the end I ask her for a copy of the receipt and she tells me that she doesn't have one. I asked to speak to her manager "Cristina" and she was worse, when I began to explain the situation to her, all she did was look the other way and ignore the situation, I asked them to return the money, but since I did not have the receipt that they hadn't given me, they didn't want to give it back.

very kind workers and clean store. luis always makes my experience exceptional by always being so kind and patient. every time i go in there i’m greeted with a smile and a welcome. very happy that this is the walgreens i live closest to.
