please don't expect a high level of customer service at the Franklin, Indiana location. The onsite manager never has heard of the "customer is always right" on such an unnecessary situation. I've owned a service related business for 25 years, if I ever had a recruiter , sales person or support person talk to a customer like I was spoken to this morning that person would be looking for another job somewhere else.

I haven't been to this facility to workout personally, however judging on most of these reviews, it's not wise to join, plus being charged two separate times a month is kind of insane. I emailed them about the 7 day free trial to try it, to possibly become a member, and I had a time set to go meet them in person, which I did that, however nothing was brought up about trying it out to see if it is for me or not, after it was firmly advertised. It wasn't even brought up in the meeting, it was mainly them talking about what I'd be paying them nonstop. Facility is a bit small, especially for the price, prices are a bit much. I went to Franklin Rec Center instead, they kept their word, and didn't over charge, I pay $100 for the entire year, for the track, workout room, and full basketball court.

An absolute robbery. Six hundred dollars per year?! Not at all worth what they offer. DO NOT come here. You're better off driving to Greenwood or investing in your own home gym.

The staff are very nice, but the gym itself is way too small. Too much of the equipment is outdated (some still have hook ups for iPods from over a decade ago now). The free weight rack is one of the saddest I’ve ever seen, there are not enough machine for a mild busy time, makes its worse when you have gym rats wanting to work off of three machines at once. It’s also hard to plan to shower there with only 2 rooms for that. Getting charged twice a month and then an additional $120 year definitely feels too sour for this location to be my main gym spot with all of these disadvantages for a high premium.

Went in a couple of weeks ago to put a hold on my account due to financial hardship from the pandemic. The hold was placed and I thought everything was done. I ended up being charged today $120 for my PT so I went in and asked about it and was told the personal trainers have a different billing department. Why was this not mentioned or brought up to me when I first went in? This place definitely likes to scam people out of their money, and I would not recommend going here. You’d probably have a much better experience just going to the community recreation center and paying the yearly membership.

Laci is a superstar here at this facility. She was very clear about Anytime Fitness honoring United States Army veterans and also has a great attitude. The trainer at this particular location has what we call in the Army an “Always Forward” attitude and both staff members exercise great energy. Really motivates you to go in there and give it your best with no judgment. Highly recommend this facility.

I’m not from the area. I travel for work and utilize Anytime Fitnesses all over the country. The gym it’s self is good. They have the right equipment and I appreciated the squat AND bench available. The reason I gave 3 stars is the cleanliness. The purple mats in front of the showers clearly have black mold growing on them. The cleanliness of this location is NOT up to Anytime fitness standards. Both showers are broke. The one I ended up using was plumbed wrong so I waited almost 10 mins for hot water. And what really made me upset was the handicap bench in the shower was completely broke. This is a huge danger to anyone handicapped person trying to shower.

This facility billed me for my monthly bill even though they were closed because of covid-19. I tried to contact them but no answer. I emailed them and no answer. When I finally got ahold of them for a refund they said they were just adding a month to my membership. At the point I told them I was going to cancel my membership. They said I have to call ABC financial and pay the bill then I can cancel. I did just that. I paid ABC financial and then walked inside the facility to finish the paperwork to cancel. I did just that and they said we were all done. Then a month later I get a bill from ABC financial saying I owed $42 for that month. I recommend using another facility. This one only wants your money and makes it take an act of God to cancel.

I’ve been going to this gym for over a year and I barley used it. You would have to pay for someone to help you learn the equipment and I didn’t feel like the gym was worth almost $50 a month! You can’t cancel the membership without a big cancelation fee... which is ridiculous to me. Also when I canceled my membership I got interrogated by one of the associate. Which to me is very unprofessional. I should be able to cancel a membership without being asked why 20 times. They made me feel so uncomfortable and I will never get a memebershio here again. I would honestly rather go to a planet fitness. At least there you have trainers are willing to help you learn how to work out.
