i ordered a peach coconut milk refresher and it was terrible. the milk tasted like it had gone bad. i've had the regular refresher and coconut milk many times but the taste was awful with this drink. i went back and kindly asked if i can a refund because the coconut milk tasted weird and i felt like it had gone bad. the manager came and said to me "that's your problem for ordering the drink" ive never experienced such ignorance at a food place ever. i didn't get my refund or store credit. terrible customer service!

Going downhill fast...asked for a specific drink was told I have to tell them exactly what I want in the drink....never had to give a play by play on ingredients before this visit... Made the drink a second time still didn't get it right called them and received a nasty unprofessional attitude...Without customers there is no business a lot of places forget that.....

Always great service in the mornings. The line usually moves quickly. Not the easiest to access when the drive-thru line is long and there is a lot of traffic on Kennedy. But this is still one of my favorite locations in the area. Friendly staff.
