5 Best bakery in Hammond, Indiana (IN) 2024

I give it three stars because I know it is better than this visit, never had I had a complaint until now. A familiar place for my coffee, breakfast sandwich and a donut. I was so disappointed with my food and after preparing it over it still wasn't right I got a refund. Overall I will try them again. ~Gloria

The frozen aisle is a complete disaster and everything is scattered. It is extremely difficult to find my usual go to products. I've been to the Walmart in portage Indiana and their frozen aisle section is very clean. Someone needs to get in these freezers and organize everything. This is very frustrating. Nothing is where it belongs. This has been going on for atleast 3 months. This aisle used to be very well organized and clean. ~Claribel

Service was terrible. Did not apply my points and still charged me extra would not fix the coffee after 10mins of going back and forth. Coffee was cold and a lot of coffee grinds in the coffee. No manager on duty to resolve the issue. Rushing the order through drive through. Will not come back. ~Tiara

Always great service in the mornings. The line usually moves quickly. Not the easiest to access when the drive-thru line is long and there is a lot of traffic on Kennedy. But this is still one of my favorite locations in the area. Friendly staff. ~Philly219
