Wish they had a larger selection of Halloween decorations. Most of their workers are nice. I can never find a manager though. Overall not a bad experience.

Gotta love walmart. This was a really good one. They were so busy stocking shelves, but still took time to help me. I highly recommend you do not go shopping hungry. I did.😀 Went in a second time a month later. Didnt realize i been here before. This time brought my side kick Milo the Frenchie. Great selection in pet department and he lives the chicken jerky and his chew toy. I also got him a reflective harness for shippers and receivers. Good job Walmart. Thank you.

The aisles were cluttered and the shelves in the pet food aisles were pretty bare. There were pallets everywhere of product just waiting to be stocked on shelves but I wasn't able to find one associate to ask if they had the products I was looking for. I left and went to another location.

Worst customer service ever! Don't bother ordering things for curbside pickup. Every time I have ordered, part or all of my orders have been cancelled because they can't find the items. Last time didn't even get notified the order was cancelled. Tried calling to talk to a manager and if they picked up the phone at all, they usually hung up on me. Took 50 minutes to finally get through to someone who said they would try to find the item I wanted (they computer showed them having 5 in stock), but never heard back from them. Put in a request to have someone from corporate call me, when they did eventually call, the out-of-country call center person fed me a bunch generic, prepared responses but in the end really did nothing except tick me off by repeatedly telling me she agreed with everything I was saying. She claimed to try to find the item at another store so she could place the order for me, but said none of the stores had any. Funny, while still talking to her, I found it at the next closest store and placed there order myself. I never could stand going into a Walmart store, and now I won't even try to order curbside pickup. They really don't know what they are doing.

I went here this morning to get a few things and to avoid the crowd and the heat of the day. I do not like self checkout. Go to the cashier area around 8am. No cashiers. Have to do a self checkout. There's one old man checking out and 3 self checkout workers there. NO CASHIERS. 🖕🖕🖕👎👎👎. Shoud we get a discount to checkout our stuff? I think so.

Sigh, the only reason this store exist because it’s the only one in close proximity to Hammond, IN. Other than that, this location would be closed. The workers and managers are unprofessional; they do not like assisting customers, they seem to have an attitude all the time, they’re utterly incompetent, disrespectful, consistently on their phones listening to music and do not want you in their presence. They have this vile superiority complex that they’re better than you. I can go on and on, but that’ll just defame the entire store. Most of the store is either out of stock for days and weeks at a time. There’s no organization and products are everywhere. You can complain and the managers will do nothing because they speak and behave just like the associates. As someone who use to work for Wal-Mart, I’m giving prior knowledge and experience of the issues this company has. As long they see a high revenue stream, no one will ever care about how this company operates its facilities. That’s why I spend my money and time at Target. Get whatever little things you need from here and go, it’s not worth the time being in this establishment for more than a minute. P.S. the customers are just as bad as the employees.

The frozen aisle is a complete disaster and everything is scattered. It is extremely difficult to find my usual go to products. I've been to the Walmart in portage Indiana and their frozen aisle section is very clean. Someone needs to get in these freezers and organize everything. This is very frustrating. Nothing is where it belongs. This has been going on for atleast 3 months. This aisle used to be very well organized and clean.

Shelves were empty, lines were long, and not enough registers opened. I can’t believe Walmart only had HALF of the (((SELF))) check-out open when the lines were longer then they could handle. I gave them there stars because the employees were nice and helpful but a lot of things and price tags were out of place.

Incredibly disappointing. Absolutely no shopping carts were available at 8:30 am on 5/31/21. I stepped in and asked for a cart and was told to go outside and get one for myself. Update, 4/9/22 most isles are full of carts with clothes on them. Shelves a disaster.

Awful! Isles blocked by skids of product in such a way that you couldn't turn up an isle without going all the way to the end. No cashiers open except self check out. Poorly stocked shelves although plenty of employees milling around. Open half eaten bag of chips on the shelf in the chip isle. Nearly got a contact high when turning an isle (not sure if other customers or employees but horrible either way). I had spent nearly 2 hours in the store picking my items only to leave them in the cart un- purchased. I had too many items in my opinion to use the self check out. I would have had no where to put the products once scanned. I was in the store from approximately 7:30pm to 9:30pm. I realize that it may be off peak hours and is during covid but there should be at least one cashier working a register! There was plenty of employees in the store. Attached is pictures of the chips isle. Ridiculous!
