I usually go to Merriville because it is closer but they were not honoring my voucher or work discount correctly...I left and went to Hammond Redwing where they honored my voucher correctly and had a great pair that fit me under $220 retail before discount. They also were very professional! Never giving Merriville my business again. Thankyou Hammond!

Very limited selection if you need a shoe or boot over size 11. Given the high prices you would think the inventory would be bigger. Go to Berey Bros for one stop shopping.

With in 3 days of use. Was told that I was buying very good quality boots. Very disappointed. Never buying boots from red wing again.

Horrible experience ! Went to this location, were it states limit of two customers. Since their was a customer there already, we were asked for one of us to leave. So we decided to go back to the car and wait for the customer to finish. We finally are inside the store when another customer approached the door. She then had him wait, for a second and asked me to step out. Truly an inconvenience, since I was the one doing the purchase.

Amazing customer service! I live three hours away and I will be making all my future Red Wing purchases from this store. They went above and beyond to help me find the exact boots I wanted.

I went to this store and my experience was excellent. Paul was very helpful and courteous. He treats every customer like his friend or family member. I really recommend this place and this brand because they do apply or keep their policy.

The salesman we spoke with was very friendly and knowledgeable. Unfortunately they didn't have the boots I was looking but they ordered them for me which is fine too. Good experience here.

2 person capacity in the store, even while wearing masks. I guess when you charge upwards of $300 dollars for a pair of boots you can turn customers away. See ya!
