2 outages in 2 weeks. We have two lines. Two different phones. Both are having operational issues (an A51 Galaxy and a Moto g(7) supra). Got insure on my wife's phone. They make it impossible to get your insurance claimed. I loved the service when I was in Chicago, but here in Huntington, IN, it is not the carrier to go with.

Reliable cell service cheaper prices especially if you do a joint plain. Unfortunately some of there staff are not that knowledgeable. This is why they do not get five stars.

Pitiful service, by far this has been the worst service provided to me in the year of 2018. After patiently waiting for 2 hours for other customers it was finally my turn. Because the young lady Abigail could not run the system the correct way and could not do a split credit transaction she attempted to make me turn around get cash from an atm machine, which would have costed me more money and let another line form in front of me. As i calmly complained about this situation she put my old phone back in to the box and told were both adults and there was no need to argue then sent me away. I was not served that day nor will i return to that store because the associate is to incompetent to do her job. Although i still recommend cricket mobile i will never recommend anyone using the huntington indiana store. This has been an on going problem since going to this store on day 1 which took 4 hours for them to activate my phone through out all the arguing within the store associates themselves.

If you want good phone service excellent rates Cricut is the best thing that you can go to they don't overcharge you they don't add taxes on anyting there one lump sum and I recommend Cricket to everyone so if you get this tell him that samscott sent you

Chaotic, arguing with each other over answering the phone, lol ,,phone store. Item wouldn't scan for purchase, worker kept asking for help, " scan a different one," walk away talking. After several attempts to scan an item to sell, not scanning still, random items brought over by the co worker to scan, which were irrelevant to my purchase, I had to walk away. No purchase.and I still need to make the purchase, but somewhere else I guess. Wow. Note to manager, sell me item, fix your system later. But attend to your in store customer.
