Went to go buy myself a soda on my way home from work. Was locking my bike up really quick when I was quickly approached and told you leave the store as they don't do bicycles here. That's fine, I was in the ropes about wanting a soda anyway.

I typically come to this location when passing by. However today had a horrid experience by clerk Michelle who was extremely rude and unprofessional for her picking the wrong cigarettes that I requested. Then she tried and give me the same cigarettes I declined. She then yelled you can go now. I then asked for her manager who she said was next to her in which I asked is this how you treat customers? She said we can refrain from serving anyone we choose. I said so are you in agreement with her actions? She nodded yes. In which I politely gave her my business card and told her have her boss contact me. We are customers if you're not good with people don't do customer service work.

Okay. I know that the store has to close for about half an hour for end of day, but the worker actually has had the store closed for almost an hour while she is sitting here in her gray looking car and several cars have driven off. She tells the milk delivery guy that she's on an hour break..it is now 2.51 am and the store has been closed since before 2 am Is this standard procedure? .

This used to be the only store I went to, and usually on a daily basis. At this point I'm thinking GetGo needs to get gone! This makes the 14th time, yes I've been counting, that they have been closed when I get there. Tonight's reason reads on the door "due to unforeseen circumstances we must close at 9 p.m". SMH! Other times, they are in there mopping the floors with the doors locked or simply chilling in the parking lot with their boyfriends or girlfriends. They are quickly plummeting to no business at all in my opinion. Tonight there were six to seven cars that were sitting in the parking lot with no store to go in to. As a business owner, I can understand staffing issues, but for it to last this long and happen so frequently, one must determine that it's a management issue.

Usually it's great here but the last few times has went down hill. Their sign states one price when you enter your card it does not get that price on the sign. This time it took a little but it got straightened out. The sign 20 cent lower than the pump price. It didn't correct itself like was supposed to. My husband went inside an addressed the issues. We had to prepay for the supposely get the 20 cents off. Not, no receipt ptrint out and money due back from over payment. It only took 10 cents off. He got it all straightened out. I feel for the clerks' what a hassle for everyone.

Great place much better than the speedway across the street and which is a step above other gas station convince stores. Great staff spacious and clean storefront plus they have a subway attached as well for when you want something more than peanut butter munchies.
