They were super helpful. Not pushy at all about sales. Answered my many questions about my insurance without being annoyed at all and told me prices upfront. Showed me where to look within my budget. Helped me decide what looked good and helped me figure out what they may have in stock (colors and whatnot). I hadn't been shopping for glasses in years and i was very nervous but they were all super nice and helpful! Thanks!

Shamar totally hooked it up! Upon delivery of my new glasses the fit didn’t feel quite right. After a couple adjustments the fit was still off. He was determined to make it right for me. He was patient and kind. I didn’t feel rushed. This LensCrafters store team has been extremely professional, fun and easy to work with (they also helped my 90 yr old mom out with 2 new glasses). I think the boss needs to give them all a very deserving raise!!!!

You may ask why five stars for a good reason of course I’ve been to lots of eye doctors and out of all of them this place in particular is phenomenal from the doctors to the front lines everyone who works in this environment is extremely friendly kind and always ready to help. everyone knows how long it can take to pick out your glasses when it comes to this place it’s such a easy process. I choose this LensCrafter because when it comes to great customer service being extremely knowledgeable and always ready to help in particularly shay and Stephanie they make every trip fun and easy they really give you the confidence you need to rock your best style. I’ve always been the type of person to avoid going to the eye doctor but there’s just no place like this warm loving environment 10 out of 10 most definitely recommend not only will you absolutely fall in love with the staff do you have such a large range of options to choose from When it comes to frame lenses contacts when you leave this place you’ll be feeling your best look better see better feel better come down and take a visit
