Good food but very slow service

Got the grilled chicken sandwich and it was very dry and burnt in some spots. Bottom 3 chicken sandwich of my life. Also took forever to get the food too. Probably the worst DQ I’ve been to

Rave review! I had just worked 12 hours in Shoals and was starving. Pulled into DQ, they had a line and it was time to close at 9 pm. Thought oh well if they don't take my order that's ok. Welp, not only did they take my order, they were friendly, helpful and quite happy to do so. My cheeseburger was freshly made, hot and delicious. Cheese curds were the same! Friendly at the window and wished me a good evening! So refreshing to have excellent customer service in the fast food industry. 10 stars tonight DQ!

UPDATE: This was my review from 5 years ago: All new interior, nice atmosphere, fast service, good food, and best of all, breakfast served late! As of today: 2 breakfast bowls and one cup of coffee $11 (Fail) Girl that was at the register was very rude, and I don't say that often. She would not wait on us, then acted like she really didn't want to take our order. I asked for the wifi password and was informed they are not allowed to give it out. It's called "DQ Guest". Now I see why we are the only ones in here. Next time I'll go to McDonald's for breakfast. (Oh they no longer serve breakfast late like they used to either)

Doesn't do any good to open at 6am, if you're just going to ignore customers when they come in hour in half after you open.. Came in to get breakfast for my family stood there for 10min one employee looks straight at me didn't say a word and walked in the back. While another one came out of the office I'm guessing also didn't say a word. So walked out went somewhere else

I ordered a deluxe cheeseburger that had obviously been microwaved to the point that the buns were to rubbery to even bite in to. The burger I ordered was comparable to a frozen packaged burger that had been microwaved in the plastic bag they come in at Walmart. Even the tomato, onion and lettuce were scolding hot. This along with the microwaved bun tells me for some reason my sandwich was microwaved.

My pretzel sticks were greasy. My hamburger patty was so cold the cheese never did melt.. spent over 9$ for these plus a small Mr misty.. my friends onion rings were hard and burnt. Bathroom wasn't very clean.

I figured I would try Loogootee DQ again because it had been a while. Same. Asked for no onion on my sandwich and still had onions. The popcorn shrimp basket barely had any fries and was definitely not worth $8.89. Ice cream ordered was very sloppy and not made the way other DQ's make it.

The ice cream is always amazing as usual. Food wise it could be better but I have had worse. Bun toasted but seemed like it sat for a minute so was hard depending on who is working kitchen but occasionally buyers are dry and tasted like sat in warmer longer than the time they was supposed to. Only complaint about the breakfast food is the bacon is a bit too salty. Staffwise they have all always been great and the manager Devough when she works she always goes above and beyond for customers to make sure they have a good and happy experience; she is also always friendly and has a smile on her face even if she's having a rough shift!!!

Service is slow, there's always a long line. Every time I order a burger I want ketchup, pickles and onions. I never get the pickles or onions and they always dump a bunch of mustard on it. The shakes are good, the best in my opinion is the hazelnut shake
