Horrible customer service. Expect u to wait two hours to fill a cream that all they have to do is drop it in a bad and hand it to you. Would definitely switch to a different pharmacy if I had to use this company often. Thankfully I don’t have to come here often.

I seriously cannot stand this pharmacy anymore. I understand lack of help. I get that. But it's been going downhill even with the help. Long long miserable lines. Drive thru always closed have to wait in line an hour just to get your medicine IF they have even filled it. Definitely changing my pharmacy

Don't know what why or when this pharmacy PLUMMETED. Gave me nothing but a hassle to run my insurance card that they had on file right on front of them. So they over charged me woman was extremely rude. Have tried 3x this week To pick up my migraine medication because I desperately need it and the drive thru line completely closed down has been for awhile and when you go inside they are backed up all the way to front doors if store . I don't know how many people out there have experienced a migraine but waiting in an hour long line in a busy grocery store when you feel like your brain is going to leak out of your ears is not ideal.

If I could give them zero stars, I would. Had a terrible experience where I was in a bind, and they couldn't or wouldn't help. I'm fine with that part. As a business owner, I wanted to give them feedback about my experience in case anyone in that pharmacy is interested in improving their operation. I know they're busy, and I appreciate the gentleman who took the time to let me express my frustration at our situation. However, another staff member stood in the back staring at me, making faces, mocking and laughing at me--having no idea what I was saying to the staff member actually talking to me. After a few truly horrible days, the behavior of this person--who was the person who initially ignored me and refused to come to the window to speak with us at all when we came to the window (twice)--was the straw that broke my camel's back. I cried all through the store with my young child as I quickly tried to grab a couple of things my elderly parents needed. I don't know that I will ever even return to this store since you can't enter it without going past the pharmacy. Too bad--it's one of the nicer grocery stores around for those of us living in very rural areas nearby. Be kind to people for heaven's sake. I'm still crying as I write this a day later.

Painstakingly slow and rude. Unfortunately the inability to do anything correctly for years on end boils down to incompetence, habitual and willful ignorance or a complete lack of training. EVERY SINGLE MONTH I have to get my medication filled it is a hassle. Something is always missing and it is always my doctor's fault.

I really needed my Medicine. My husband was already in the area and we live 45 minutes away. It was ONE very simple medicine. They said it would be 5 or 6 hours!!!! Could not make one small 10 minute exception because of how far away we live. What douchebags....

They need to hire help. They never have your proscription ready when they say they will. They told me it would be filled on Friday, I came to get them the following Monday and they still weren’t filled! This repeatedly happens here. I’m not coming back. They can stick the fuel point!
