The ladies in the store and nice and as helpful as they can be. That being said the call center customer service is so bad I wouldnt recomend cricket to ANYONE. They do not care to fix anything. My account was billed before my due date resulting in an overdraft fee with my bank.when calling about this the customer representative said she had her manager ready to talk to me. I waited on hold for over an hour and they knew I had to be at work. It was on purpose

Dont hold up to their advertising. Was told $60 plan i would have unlimited everything and mobile hotspot. I dont have hotspot called and asked why was told i had to pay an extra $10 a month. Went and paid the extra $10 only to find out i cant use it. Was told my phone isnt hotspot compatable when ive been told it is. Under 3 different times and 3 different people i went to the store. The sales rep was very nice and went threw it with me and seen what i was going threw had to call the main people and even tell them what was going on. Took us asking for a manager to get a part of my money back. Not very happy with cricket at all.
