Just literally walked out of this store and immediately had to leave a review about the horrible customer service I experienced. I bought a few items 2 days ago, nothing wrong with any of the items. I simply wanted to return them. I didn't have a receipt because It was emailed to the numer on file, and I used someone elses phone number to give them the points or whatever the thing is nowadays. The woman associate tries to initiate the return, and asks for the phone number and proceeds to ring up the items. She says I didn't get the items from there because they're not showing up. She then proceeds to ask if it's been over 30 days. I said I bought them from here, 2 days ago, and got the item from whichever area (i pointed to it) and pointed to the associate who rung me up before. She says that she's not calling me a liar etc... Then her manager comes over and asks me for the number again, asks me to contact the friend to get the receipt, asks me if I have an account and to put my phone number in the system. I said I don't have an account and I didn't use my phone number when I was here.... the whole transaction felt like I was being interrogated about the return, as if I was lying or trying to run a scam. I even said I can show the transaction on my bank statement. The both of them made me feel like I didn't spend my hard earned dollars at their establishment and I was some kind of scam artist. The male manager was even worse than his subordinate withbhis condescending tone. Those two employees should be written up and take a refresher training on customer service skills because they're costing their organization money. Skip this store!

Horrible/ Rude service! Waited for over 30 min for someone to help me in the photo department while the cashier was on her phone the whole time!

When I call I wasn't too talk to someone not argue with a computer! Took 5 minutes asking for a cashier to get anyone. The computer just kept along what I needed. Fix your system. Real people need to answer the phone. That system sucks.

Other than that they don't accept my insurance the store is a great place to shop very cheap price and always clean and the employees are always nice and they make sure you find everything you need

They are always on top of any changes in my meds. I get my refills on time, never having a wait time at the drivethru. The employess are always helpful and kind.

This Walgreens is great, easy to navigate through the abundant aisles and the pharmacy doesn't usually have a line.
