Went in this bank twice and left after 20mins of waiting both times with 4people working. Are they closing the doors for good. Service was extremely poor.

Too bad there's not a no star rating I used to visit the branch at 8585 Broadway for many years the service there was always great unfortunately that Branch closed the people at this Branch are rude and make smart comments to the customers I will avoid this branch and go to other Chase branches that are nearby me.

If i can give 0 stars I would. Terrible people giving my man Cj on 32's a hard time to get his own money from the bank. They don't care, they treat people terrible. HORRIBLE PLACE, HOPE YALL GO OUT OF BUSINESS ONE DAY AT THIS LOCATION.

I was trying to with draw my money and they racially profiled me and asked me for identification credit cards and my Chase debit card so I called corporate and they said there were no hold on my account.

The tellers do not push sales on you when you come in. They take care of your transcations quickly and efficiently. I have never had a problem with them as a bank.

I remember years ago when I stopped by a Chase Bank in Gary/Broadway. I met a young man IDK if he's still there, (T.Vaulx), he was so nice I couldn't believe professional young MEN still existed !! Model CSR
