This bank has three atms that literally NEVER function. I have tried both drive up atms. For three weeks straight now, neither have been operating. Chase bank is meant to be convenient for us customers but is anything besides that. They got rid of the branch I used to frequent on Broadway and now this branch clearly cannot handle the volume of business. Not a good look, Chase.

Opened a account and the guy messed it up by saying he could put my new address before I got my ID changed. I deposited $2600 in checks for them to automatically close the account the following day for “possible identity theft” told me they couldn’t release the funds I had to wait 10 business days to receive my money from them by check in the mail. It’s now been over 10 days still no check. Writing a review as I’m sitting in the bank. Suggest staying far away from this bank

If your checking account ever goes below $1500.00. They charge your account $12.00 each month. If you want checks you pay in a regular checking account. Also, the senior manager said he could not wave the fees in the account. I'm sure a lot of you are being charged $12.00 a month, and are not catching it. Just keep in mind they fee for everything; even things that other banks and credit unions would not charge for. I've had this account for thirteen years, and it's surprising to see how little I mean to them.

Incompetent bankers. It took over 1 hour to open a business checking account. BMO takes 20min. Sheryl was painfully slow to start with, like she was doing it first time or did not care. In the end typed wrong business address and account notifications were never mailed properly. When I called the bank week later, today, the banker that answered was rude and did not try to solve a problem. I even blantly asked, are you refusing to help? Really, out of all the branches this is the last one I would wanna return to.

Worst branch in Indiana. Shyrle not sure about her name spelling. Was so so rude, gave me an attitude while I was asking her to print something out of her page when I wasn’t sure if she could or not. She literally said that this is Against the policy and I won’t lose my job for you!!!!!! Like seriously who would talk to customer like that? She could just say no I can’t sorry. Shame on chase for hiring such stupid people.

Very poor service. I gave them a 2star for the ATM machine only, the bank gets 1 star. I have deposited our rent money(cash) in my wife's bank account for many years every month. Now they will not take cash!!! I walked in $1300 in hand and they refuse to take it unless I open an account, they have a hold on everyone and if you don't play ball they shun you! I mean cash, good clean cash, the thing is they want to track your every move, that's there reason they told me that they cant track where that money came from. We have the same last name I have done this for years but all the sudden they think I am a laundering money! Come on! This bank thinks its the FBI or something. SAD day when a bank will not deal with cash!

This is the first time I have had a bad expirience with Chase. I had never been to this branch but went in on Tuesday, October 15, 2013 at about 5:20 to cash my paycheck and to replace my debit card. The teller told me I could sit down and wait and a banker would be right with me....HA! I sat there until AFTER THEY CLOSED at six oclock! One banker saw that I was sitting there and continued to pack her stuff up at 5:45 and leave. Another clearly was busy but worked on whatever she was working on until 6:10 when she asked me if I needed something... Um, no,..I'm just sitting here, hanging out and drinking your nasty complimentaty coffee! When I told her I needed a new debit card she kind of laughed to herself as if to say...."....Oh....that's all." And then she apologized for making me wait and thanked me for being so patient. I did appreciate that but still! What happened to the customer always comes first!? I will remain with Chase but I will NEVER go back to that bank without mentioning the visit I had on Tuesday. I worked all day and they wasted forty minutes of my time for something that could have been done in five minutes if they had simply asked me what it was that I needed!
