Very positive and caring bank. Always positive attitudes and make time for guest. Anybody who gives this bank negative reviews, don't even go there. These bankers stay later to help all guest like they are family. Even people who come two minutes to close when the signs clearly tell them when they close. I would have told them come back the next day but they stay giving more than most should. I recommend this bank STRONGLY, and I have been going to this bank for over 15 years. ~Calvin

Merrillville location the brunch manager is rude and doesn’t know how to talk to people and they don’t know where my money went The only answer they give you is we will look in to it The brunch manager want me to talk slowly so the other people don’t hear that they don’t know what they are doing and she wants me to closed my accounts. With out finding my money Really. Nychie. I don’t think so You will find my money frist and then I am out this place ~Maria

Today I came into PLS and I can admit I was having a very rough day. I thought I was just going in and pay my bills and get up out of there. I can admit I was very impressed on how the employees there was very friendly to every customer. The treat everyone the same and kept a smile on their face. They said Thank You and Please to every customer. I felt more then just a customer that was paying money to be there. I felt that I was appreciated for being there. They brighten up my day. This bank has three atms that literally NEVER function. I have tried both drive up atms. For three weeks straight now, neither have been operating. Chase bank is meant to be convenient for us customers but is anything besides that. They got rid of the branch I used to frequent on Broadway and now this branch clearly cannot handle the volume of business. Not a good look, Chase. ~Kristen

My Sister Has A Permanent Disability so we go to whichever atm we can get her to and she racks up a lot of fees unfortunately. When You Call This Bank Typically They are so RUDE at this bank the CSR's Lack Basic Empathy And Good Customer Service Skills my sister called this bank put it on speaker and I heard her speaking to an Isabel. She did not try to assist her whatsoever. Use Chase, People's Bank Anyone Should Be Better Than Fifth Third Their Customer Service Is Below Average ~Jackie

They have a change counting machine! Free for members, 2% fee for non-members. Took my change jar up there and got $60, not even a large jar, beat my expectations by a mile. ~C.
