This PLS location is the best one. Tasha the Shift Supervisor was awesome. She was training a young lady and took care of me at the same time. Another young lady that works there knows me by my name. She’s also awesome I forgot her name. Lol.

I don't know what PLS ...Other people are speaking about because my experience with this place the 1st day I must say was ok...but July 1, 2022. Dorothy the assistant manager so called and that Carrie.....someone who felt the nerve to add her 2 cents ghetto style. Been in customer service over 30 yrs and today I'd rather do everything on line just to avoid contact with the human race period. From the rooster hair style to the bogus wig Carrie had on. Please you both need to take a couple of seats.

I had the pleasure of visiting this location and found that they are fast friendly and very helpful. Customer service is great and the staff are very pleasant. I had the opportunity to be serviced by Kyomi and let me just say her customer service skills are amazing she was very quick and patient all while keeping a pleasant attitude as I completed my transactions.I always have a great experience when visiting this location and will continue to return. The lady that helped me on phone was thorough in telling me what I needed to cash a check. The lady Shareeta that cashed check, verified employment, etc, was very thorough & nice & they were ALL helpful in in servicing customers plus myself, while I was in a bind & needed my funds as I had none to my name that day unless I could cash my check, & far away from home. They finished by explaining what I needed to know if & when I cash a check there again. I recommend this place when you need assistance. They always verify information, keep private info private & secure before dispersing funds

Today I came into PLS and I can admit I was having a very rough day. I thought I was just going in and pay my bills and get up out of there. I can admit I was very impressed on how the employees there was very friendly to every customer. The treat everyone the same and kept a smile on their face. They said Thank You and Please to every customer. I felt more then just a customer that was paying money to be there. I felt that I was appreciated for being there. They brighten up my day. It the little things that count.
