Normally I would rate this store at 5 Stars, because of the employee checking me out 2 Stars is a gift.Merriville #370. Is my store and today I had the misfortune of getting Kristina V checking me out. I m 75 years old and need a power cart to shop of which I m great full. At the check out asked to have my purchase put in 2 boxes otherwise I have trouble lifting them. Your check out person # 138 did not do as I requested in fact she didn’t use any box, when I asked. Again she took 2 boxes and threw then empty in my cart….. Maybe she was having a bad day however everyday I have is no bowl of roses. We have been members at this store for over 8 years when we moved here…. I will make sure I never get her again. Dave Gardiner

My favorite store ever. They have great produce and a really nice selection of meat. The salmon filets are always fresh & the quality of steak is great. I always get complimented on what I bring from the bakery to any social event. On the way out the food court is a must. Great iced coffee and you can never go wrong with a slice of pizza or a hotdog. Pro tip: place an order for a whole pizza to go and it will be ready for pick up after you shop. The best hot pizza you’ll get for $10 😁

Just another Costco, by the interstate. We are the Costco lovers, wherever we go, we love to spot another Costco. This one is right beside the interstate, where we were driving. We had to stop for gas, and we were so glad that we found the Costco. For uninitiated, Costco is the famous chain of members only warehouser shopping. They sell stuff for the families (most of the things are a bit bigger in amount, catering towards the family) in a cheap price, if you compare the 'value for money' with other grocery shops. Costco quality and standards are also very decent. You will not get very fancy like Whole foods or other high end stops, but it's much better than decent places. Costco is the solution for the family. Also the yearly membership fee is totally worth to pay. The members only have the access to their gasoline,. And, they always offer the lowest price for the gas. This is just another location. We mostly were interested in gas. It was weekday and the Costco was fully packed with a huge line for the gas.

Costco is usually one of my favorite stores. Normally, they have great prices and excellent customer service, but I had a really terrible experience Saturday. I saw that Costco had Hamilton Beach 7 drawer upright freezers in stock. I was very excited to purchase one. After arranging transportation and help to unload it at home we unboxed it only to find it had been severely damaged. We had to waste another day of our weekend, arrange more help to load it back up, and return it, only to find out that they were now sold out (a day later). We asked if we could reserve one of the freezers on order since we already purchased one, but were not allowed to. Instead were told we just have to call back each day to see if they are back in stock. This entire purchase has been a huge headache and has been very frustrating. We have always experienced great customer service at this Costco location, but this whole debacle has really soured our opinion. We have never been afraid to make major purchases at Costco, but this is no longer the case.

I needed a 1/2 sheet cake. Sam's Club said they were not taking any more orders for this week end. Not only did Costco have what I needed, they did custom design on the cake and the price was perfect. Thank you Costco Bakery. I love you guys ❤️

Costco is always fun. I always enjoy the baked goods, rotisserie chicken and deals. Don't forget to fill up your car with some discounted gasoline. Also, the hotdog combo can't be beat in these days of inflation.

I love shopping at Costco. On a recent visit a gentleman was passing out samples telling us we were in luck, it was the first day of the sale. We proceeded to purchase 1 of each item after checking receipts neither item rang up on sale. I returned to Costco to be told it wasn't the item on sale and the gentleman didn't work for them. They didn't honor the price even though I went back to the area and this was still going on!

Great selection with fast checkout! There were plenty of employees readily available to assist. You just have to look for theor name badges since most do not have Costco attire.
