This is a great T-Mobile excellent employees that knows their job and customer care and service and very friendly. me and my family fault welcomed as soon as we walked in. we will be coming back here for our phone service.

I was helped by Janey Nalls, she was amazing. This woman has god like patience. Due to an error of mine during a transfer this saint sat with me the whole 5 hours it took us to sort it out. I can not say enough good things about her. She is definitely the one to go to if you need a new phone or upgrade. I will be coming back for all my phone needs.

I don't understand the point of having a corporate retail store if they aren't allowed to help customers who are having issues with online things. The 1st time I visited this location, the GM was short and rude. He also looked to other employees for confirmation rather than knowing it himself. After explaining my issues, instead of offering to look at my account, where a Customer Care phone rep had notes, I was told I should have come there first, and that I could be put on a list. The 2nd time I visited, instead of being able to help me, I was handed a phone reciever to speak to Customer Care myself. I realize this wasn't the in-store rep's fault, rather T-Mobile itself, but it still seems an extremely poor way to help customers. The stores and Customer Care really need to be in better communication with each other, especially when being told plainly on the phone with Customer Care that the store will be able to resolve my issues.

Workers, AWESOME! Store?? Not so much. There is no bathroom. My son needed to use one. They told us to go to TJ Maxx. I'm sure TJ Maxx really appreciates other people using their facilities and toilet paper. Well, we ended up having to walk even further because their men's bathroom door wasn't working ( the stall). How ridiculous that T Mobile can take our money by the thousands every year but send us on goosechases for bathrooms? Also:: Give your employees and customers some damn chairs to sit on!! I wouldn't even go to your store if my husband didn't think T Mobile is cheaper than Verizon. Verizon had nice restrooms and comfortable chairs. Your store looks like a fancy penitentiary where the prisoners receive cell phones all over the walls for good behavior. Making all of your people stand on their feet all day. 🖕🏽🖕🏽🖕🏽 Dip into your billions a little and make it a nice work environment. You should be ashamed of yourselves.

Purchased a Samsung s7fe from this location it .. I got it home charged it worked for 15 mins and shut off 611 told me to return it ...store refuses since it don't work had less than 12 hours

Hello, unfortunately I wasn't able to get help needed to open up my Gmail messages. Wait was too long then informed after two small very small like 5 sec attempt to see why my Gmail messages were not coming up, I was later informed that they might not be able to get to me that day. I was informed to call 611 but they said Gmail is with goggle. Sad to say I didn't have the 47 dollars charged to my account for goggle to see if they can help. Very bad day. Two days without Gmail communications. Thanks

I had a very helpful gentleman named Darius help me with some issues I was having with my phone. I am back to using a Samsung phone. I hated the phone the guy in the Chicago store gave to me. He was not as helpful as Darius. I DON'T like the REVVL V+5G Phone!

Customer service rep tells me to come in, but forgets to tell me I would wait 1 hour unless I made an appointment. Then they tell me to call back the next day for an appointment, and and I did but no one will pick up the phone. Was going to be a new customer. This changed my mind. What a joke of a place.

Poor customer service at this location. I went into the store to trade in my iPhone because I have a jump on demand plan i'm grandfathered into. They told me I need a return label to accept my return and left me sitting there. They didn't Offered no further assistance or didn't call customer care themselves since the confusion was on their in. T-Mobile does not require shipping labels on jump on demand devices. I called T-Mobile customer care myself for more help and they said return labels are not required.. All I needed to to was turn the phone in.. I've been with T-Mobile almost 9 years and haven't had any issues with returning devices until I came to this store.
