People there are only about the money and the cost changed several times like the person was added money for himself. Nothing is a set price. I tried to reach out to the manager at T-mobile, at his request,, and his mailbox is full so he can't receive any emails. BRIAN.WICKEY@T-MOBILE. COM

Stopped in to get a SIM card for a phone due to the merger and they wanted to charge me for it. A corporate site does not charge. When I called to tell them that information would have been helpful to know when we were making the inquiry they could care less. We were the only ones in that store. When we went to the corporate store it was full, clearly showing that we're not the only ones with that opinion.

I went in to pay my bill and the cashier says she couldn't find the account. I went to my car to pull up a t mobile statement to take back in to show her. The other young lady takes a look at my screen shot and pull it up right away. I asked why didn't it show when she pulled it up? She responds with the nastiest attitude; I don't have a reason to lie to you; and then says I will be glad when school is over for me. I never said she lied. I don't care about when school is over. I do care about how you talk to me when I'm spending my money in a place you're employed. T mobile needs to address that issue. I sat on the phone for hours to file a complaint. Oh and I will find the manager if I have to go back every day.

Very pushy and they give you no time to think about anything. Walked out and found that at&t is much cheaper with the same coverage. Paying less per line with new phones than I am now for just my plan.

The person-to-person customer service may be of utmost quality, however, I will never know. I had attempted several calls before making a trip to the store (for the free TMobile Tuesday App water bottle offer), but none of the associates answered the phone, only to arrive at their destination for this sign on their door, and one individual in their store. I can only base my customer service experience upon these events.

Ok, my phone was so old, partly because I didn't want to spend money on a new one, and partly because I didn't want the stress of learning a new device. I became clear that my old phone wouldn't last much longer so I had to get a new one. I'm a serious cheapskate, so I searched online and found an amazing deal. Thought I would be able to switch out the SIM card and not have to go in the store. WRONG! My SIM card didn't fit. I dreaded going into the store. I called the store and spoke to Lynette, she was patient and explained what I needed to do next. I went to the store and Liz took care of me at the counter. Liz was pleasant, activated my new SIM and asked did I need help to set up my phone. I was so thankful! The last time I purchased a phone, the rep acted like I was an idiot for wanting help, practically pushing me out the door. I muddled through it at home, but it took a while. Liz handled my set up in like 5 minutes and I was on my way! Great experience, excellent service!
