I was helped by Janey Nalls, she was amazing. This woman has god like patience. Due to an error of mine during a transfer this saint sat with me the whole 5 hours it took us to sort it out. Stopped in to get a SIM card for a phone due to the merger and they wanted to charge me for it. A corporate site does not charge. When I called to tell them that information would have been helpful to know when we were making the inquiry they could care less. We were the only ones in that store.
