I was helped by Janey Nalls, she was amazing. This woman has god like patience. Due to an error of mine during a transfer this saint sat with me the whole 5 hours it took us to sort it out. I can not say enough good things about her. She is definitely the one to go to if you need a new phone or upgrade. I will be coming back for all my phone needs. ~katelyn

Stopped in to get a SIM card for a phone due to the merger and they wanted to charge me for it. A corporate site does not charge. When I called to tell them that information would have been helpful to know when we were making the inquiry they could care less. We were the only ones in that store. When we went to the corporate store it was full, clearly showing that we're not the only ones with that opinion. ~Eric
