I literally wish I could zero stars. I took my car for tires set it up for drop off. My car was perfectly fine I come back 45 minutes later to what looked like someone hit my car. I talked to the manager and asked if they had cameras he said they don't, I find that odd. He looks at my car and admits it looks like a fresh hit but says he can't help me. I 100% believe they hit it on accident in their bay and don't want to admit to it. How could you have a business without cameras? So basically I bought 1,200 tires and left with damage to my car.

Great experience. I recently moved out this way from Illinois and used a location out there. Very fast even without an appointment. Located a nail in a tire that wasn't even the problem tire. Ordered and replaced the problem tire the next day within 45 minutes of walking in the door. They covered the tire because it was a failed plug/patch on their end. Great crew.

Some really nice people here but they are obviously short handed. Plenty of selling tires but not enough crew to install them. I’ve been waiting for almost 3 hours now and my vehicle is still parked outside. Yes it’s busy and I know booking an appointment saves time but I had one for 12:30 at the Discount in Portage. Unfortunately they were out of the tires I needed so I drove to this location without an appointment. NEVER AGAIN! 2 stars for my visit today and I have no idea when my car will be done.

purchased rims from here 4 years ago that were seriously one of the best purchases i ever made, high quality black rims that completely transformed my car. but the main reason i’m leaving a review is because the other day i came in with a nail in my tire and the entire team was so kind, although it was a long wait, they did keep me informed that my car would be looked at soon. once they were finished they pulled my car right up and told me i was good to go, no charge. how awesome!!! seriously anywhere else u go they would charge u for breathing the air in the building. i was totally relieved after thinking i would have to deal with an inconvienent expense. highly recommend :)

Great service. Arrived 20 minutes before scheduled appointment at noon. Dennis checked me in and said would be ready in an hour. Car in shop 12:13 and done at 12:39. 😊

There was some confusion when I ordered and setup an appointment online. Tires I ordered were on back order even though they’re website did not specify and when I showed up they were not there and I had to bring my vehicle back at later date to get different tires installed, thankfully I did not live far away. However they honored the price of the original tires I wanted with another name brand and were able to get me two tire rebates so I came out ahead. All things considered I’m pleased with their service and help. If you do order tires and set up an appointment online just make sure you call a day ahead to make sure your tires did arrive. I’ve been to this location multiple times and will again in the future.

Had the tires I needed, only had to wait an hour to get them done because they were super busy. Went shopping for an hour and came back, got me in right away and didn't take long. Nice men that work there.
