My experience at Rainbow has always been great. I love being greeted when entering and their music really sets the atmosphere to shop. Also, the staff is great and the store is very clean. I just recommend that the plus side have more clothing similar to small side and wide shoes sizes, but over all a great store. Thank you

I have had some of the best experiences when shopping at this Rainbow the store location. This store is very clean and customer service is out of this world, I am very big on customer service especially if I am spending money. I love that when I enter the store everyone says, "Welcome to Rainbow." I can tell that the store manager exemplifies great leadership and has trained her staff to work as a team. Would I shop here again? Would I recommend this Rainbow to friend? ABSOLUTELY!

This is the ONLY clothing store that I patronize when visiting Rockingham. I really appreciate the ambiance, appearance of the store and reception offered by the staff. I appreciate the creativity of styles on the mannequins that help me envision the looks that I want to achieve for myself. The staff go above and beyond, even complimenting me on my selections. This store surpasses its local competitors in a noticeable way. The manager and staff have set a precedent and high value on customer service - and I support that. Keep up the great work.

I absolutely loveee coming to this store !! They have an awesome selection of clothing with great prices. The customer service is on point every time you walk in they welcome you and ask if you need any help with anything. I rack up every single time I go. Rue 21 could neverrrr !!!

The cashiers wasn't friendly at all, especially when the young lady that welcomed you to Rainbow made you feel so welcoming as soon as you came into the store she's vet's the 3 stars, for her great customer service and the two rude cashiers is the reason I took away two stars.
