Extremely unprofessional and would rate as my worst oil change experience I’ve ever had. They drained my oil knowing they didn’t have the correct oil type my manufacturer recommends. When I went to leave, they said they already drained my oil, meaning I was forced to do business with them. I would highly recommend not serving your vehicle here as if they’re going to do that, who knows what else they would do. Service: Oil change

I brought my Town & Country for an oil / filter change. These people tightened the oil filter on so tight that I was not able to remove it for my next oil change. I used 3 different oil filter wrenches with no luck. I don’t know what these people were thinking cranking the filter on so tight, as it should be removable by hand. Service: Oil change

Mostly friendly and polite. Thanked me for stopping in. Had to ask me what kind of car I had (2009 Infiniti G37) which didn't build confidence. Reasonable price. Asked if I wanted the tires checked and the floor vacuumed (I assume this is included in the fee but they were hoping I would make it easier on them by saying it wasn't necessary). I declined the tire check because I just checked them myself. Waiting room was really dirty. I stood the whole time because the seats were filthy. Ancient TV in the waiting room was on an antenna and the station kept fading in-and-out. It was a surreal experience like I was back in the 80s. I think this could be a four or even five-star place; however, business owners you MUST do something with your waiting room. You lost my future business because of this and these issues are easy inexpensive fixes. Also, you MUST train your employees better. They shouldn't be asking what kind of car I have. The VIN will tell them that. The inside door jam will tell them that. Also, if the service is included, it should be completed.
