Had a new work phone under a different carrier for about week before I cracked it beyond recognition. T-Mobile helped me with a ordering a new phone which arrived within days. They transferred everything quickly and seamlessly. They also upsold their new high speed wifi so we can attempt to release ourselves from the bondage of Comcast business. So far the 5G coverage has been great on our phones. Let’s see what happens at the home office!

Service is extremely bad 👎 staff is not very helpful and they are mean. I was there for 22 minutes of waiting just to make a payment and then I'll without make the payment. Yes it is disgusting and very ugly experience.

Just switched to my new phone and over from Sprint to T-Mobile Service. Gabby was my advisor, and she was top notch with her knowledge and assistance, not to mention very patient and considerate. Definitely a hard worker and a great multi-tasker. Hoping for better reception this time around.

I was looking for a new cell phone company and internet. About three weeks ago I went into price everything and had Gabrielle help me.. she was phenomenal so when I went back last week I made sure I used her to sign up for my services cause I know they get commission and she was so knowledgeable and friendly. If you’re looking to switch to T-Mobile I highly Recommend using Gabrielle.. She took her time with me and went through everything so there’d be no charges on my bills that were unexpected what a great customer service experience

I've been shopping & looking over the current cell phones available for a couple weeks. Service and knowledge was less than grand at several stores including my current provider AT&T who I had ever since my first cell phone. All of their "No" answers turned into "Yes" answers at this store. Was assisted by Gabrielle who was patient and took the time to make sure all my data got transferred properly. So impressed with her I finally dropped AT&T and am now with T-Mobile. I hope I'm not disappointed.

Jonathan, Leon & the entire staff was so nice & accommodating. They helped my mom & I with our upgrades and were so personable while doing it. We live in Miami but will make the drive north if we need help with our service again.

I spent hours on the phone with technical care about issue with my voice-mail. I visited many stores and nobody was able to assist me with get the voice-mail working. Technical care had me download and clear my apps but still the same issue. This morning I walked into the store and the manager Jonathan took my phone and did a few troubleshooting on my device and FINALLY fixed the issue in less then 20 minutes. Jonathan is great he knows what he's doing and is truly the best I've worked with in T-Mobile for the short time of 6 months I've been with you guys.

Johnathan the manager was absolutely amazing. Helping everyone at the store accurately and in a timely manner. Julisa the sales rep was also an amazing help. Truly a great experience at a phone store. Couldn’t believe it.
