Best cell phone store in Fort Lauderdale, Florida (FL) 2024

I was so frustrated when I entered the store. I had an issue with my phones and customer service online transferred me from one person to the next for a week. Today I had every intention of transferring my provider but Errol solved the issue in last than 2 minutes. I am extremely grateful to him. He made my day. He was friendly and professional.. I've been shopping & looking over the current cell phones available for a couple weeks. Service and knowledge was less than grand at several stores including my current provider AT&T who I had ever since my first cell phone. All of their "No" answers turned into "Yes" answers at this store. Was assisted by Gabrielle who was patient and took the time to make sure all my data got transferred properly. So impressed with her I finally dropped AT&T and am now with T-Mobile. I hope I'm not disappointed. ~G

The representatives here are extremely caring, enthusiastic and naturally helpful. The store has lots of new 5G devices available to choose from, offering great promotions and discounts if adding a line or when switching from a previous carrier.I left out spending less than what I expected. One of the best locations I've visited yet for a MetroPCS store. Thanks guys for your attentive and caring help in getting my device connected and helping me keep my same phone number. Service is just as great as any other major phone company and I'm paying less monthly and still able to benefit from unlimited data and a decent amount of hotspot data. ~Frank
