I was so frustrated when I entered the store. I had an issue with my phones and customer service online transferred me from one person to the next for a week. Today I had every intention of transferring my provider but Errol solved the issue in last than 2 minutes. I am extremely grateful to him. He made my day. He was friendly and professional.. Well done sir!

Marian the store manager is extremely rude and impatient. I came in for a fixed screen and for insurance replacement for my phone. She took in customers after me and refused to answer any of my questions calling me too incompetent to understand and saying she won’t deal my stupid questions because I had confusion between t mobile and apple care. I felt very uncomfortable and had to go to a different t mobile location to help assist me with my phone.

Went in for some phone issues and to upgrade my phone one of the best experiences I have ever had in a cell phone store and god knows how they usually go. Highly recommend Speaking to Bryan and Amber they were extremely helpful and helped me transfer and doing everything from start to finish and explained some features I would of never known about. Will also go back to them for future.

Needed to get my phone exchanged because of a warranty issue, and came to this store. Marco, the manager, took care of all of my issues, helped me transfer my documents and accounts. Very knowledgeable and pleasant. Made sure everything was transferred to my new phone, and took care of the old one. Amber was also a customer representative here, and you could see that they were giving us customers the best service. Thanks guys! My new t-mobile store!

I came to T-Mobile switching from another carrier and Amber really helped me with getting everything I wanted plus more. I also came today to add a line and Marco the store manager was very helpful. So far I’m loving the service. The staff is very nice and friendly and very knowledgeable.
