As per customer service i was told to get an upgrade discount on my phone so i went in to get get some help and completely was not given any help so today I'm going to T-Mobile because after 2 years of service this store failed to retain me as a customer.

The representatives here are extremely caring, enthusiastic and naturally helpful. The store has lots of new 5G devices available to choose from, offering great promotions and discounts if adding a line or when switching from a previous carrier.I left out spending less than what I expected. One of the best locations I've visited yet for a MetroPCS store. Thanks guys for your attentive and caring help in getting my device connected and helping me keep my same phone number. Service is just as great as any other major phone company and I'm paying less monthly and still able to benefit from unlimited data and a decent amount of hotspot data.

I've been here over 20 years now and for the life of me I can't figure out why everyone is not with Metro by T Mobile. Best prices and good service. I bought my latest phone on eBay and they helped me set it up, no problems!

I went to Metro and Raphael help me unbelievable he'd spend a lot of time helping me he knew all of his stuff having him as an as an employer as an asset to your company I've gone to several places and he is just number one so helpful and outgoing you don't find that in the businesses now I'm happy that he works here thank you have a good day Rafael is number one

Brenda is the dopest not only was she helping 3-4 customers at once she also saved my number that my spiteful Ex took off the plan. Brenda set me up and I was out the door with a smile on my face. As far as I'm concerned this is the only metro I will be going to from now!!! !!THANK YOU BRENDA!! 🤗

Wow ,I’m amazed how true these comments are once you go to this place. On there it say something that the iPhone 11 is 49.99 when you switch plus taxes and activation fee . But no they weren’t doing any of that they said my total was 480+ , so what’s the discount there making?! They just are selling the phone itself . What’s my benefit there? If the discount shown supposedly ends up not being a discount if I have to buy the phone full price .thats not all after Danny (the one who "helped" me )says that he needs the last 4 of my social security number, I’ve gone to multiple different locations and not one has asked me for my social security number but he did, he kept saying it’s because other locations don’t use the system right and such.I would not recommend going here if you don’t want to lose your money like this , there’s plenty other places of metro PCs you guys could go sincerely.Danny just wanted to rob the money from innocent people .😡This place sincerely does not deserve not one star!
