I entered this establishment at 7:13PM. The staff does not acknowledge you. After waiting 5 minutes I finally placed my order with a big haired emotionless highschool/college kid with no hairnet. The staff here really do not care at all and take their sweet time bagging customer orders in the wrong order, no awareness or situational priority is placed. Two other customers waiting before me said they had waited for nearly 20 minutes already. 30 minutes later I had to ask a lady worker for my food, and it turns out it was sitting on the counter and the big hair kid who took my order never finished packing it. The lady worker said he was supposed to finish the order, his response was "I don't know" and he continued doing absolutely nothing. 5 seconds after I asked where my order was, they got it for me. When I got home I found out they charged me for two additional fries, I was missing the chicken sandwich I ordered and they forgot the biscuits in my combo meal. In summation I waited 30 minutes for 5 tiny pieces of chicken, and exorbitant amount of fries that I did not order, and a missing food item. Please, please, please check your bag at this location. They will never answer your phone call.

I paid for a 2-piece white combo. When I got home, I noticed I was given a thigh and a wing. Best to examine your order before leaving the place.

This rating should be 0 after my family experience nasty dry chicken, nasty beans and rice, nasty, tuff and dry biscuits for $30 + dollars. Never again! Food trucks have better service all around from food taste, presentations, quality, and generous portions. This place as well as others fast food chains have reduced portions sizes but still charge the same price more. I understand that covid has caused a lot of this but them the quality of food is bad... Unacceptable period!

I thought it was only fair I call to resolve prior to posting. However, no one answered. I ordered a two can dine & they left off a piece of chicken. I advise everyone to thoroughly check your order before you drive all the way home. I ordered popcorn shrimp as well and most of them were missing the shrimp- just popcorn batter I guess.

The drive thru is hell@ this place. The person on the speaker never gets my order right on the first try. I shouldn't have anxiety ordering. The food is your standard Popeye's but the price is outrageous.

I called this location several times and the line just rung. I call the number on the receipt goes straight to voice-mail. I understand things has been difficult but to receive all small pieces is crazy. A least mix it up !

I place an order for a 8 piece dinner. I guess shrink flation has come to Popeyes chicken. My suggestion is make sure you check your order before you leave. If all 8 pieces fit on a paper towel something is wrong. The wings you can make a fist around .the same for the legs. To show you the proof here are the pictures. I suggest asking for a refund and talking to a manager this is ridiculous. We don't pay good money for food like this.

They do not cook chicken well enough. Bought chicken sandwich, but middle of chicken was partially raw. This has happened at least three times for me. Chicken strips are not cooked properly either. How can you not cook a chicken strip till it’s done all the way? Please STOP UNDERCOOKING THE CHICKEN!! It’s that simple. I did notify manager once about the matter, and he had me to come back, & he replaced the sandwich the 2nd time it happened to me. I guess I need to contact headquarters about this particular location.

The workers at the HWY6 Sienna location do NOT understand that a flounder sandwich is a fish sandwich. This is the SECONF time we had to explain this to them. The first time we thought it was a fluke, but the manager who speaks primarily Spanish made this same mistake again - then removed the actual spicy chicken sandwich that I ordered ALONG with the fish sandwich only for the workers at the window to leave a bland chicken sandwich in the bag - the mistaken “fish”. A mild chicken sandwich is NOT fish. They need to talk to the staff and explain that fish means fish and founder means fish. I am so disgusted to get home to a bland white Mayo filled chicken sandwich. And no they are not picking up the phone.
