The employees are great! As is their GREAT charge to cash a check. $60 check from the post office CHARGE $10 and yes, it was drawn from chase. It's cheaper to use their services and have another company do the work. It makes no sense, there was no risk. Why is the reward so high? I guarantee nobody in my family will hold a chase account, it's just the point now. ~Joe

Horrible experience when checking out at "SELF CHECKOUT"! The ONE girl on the floor is so rude, doesn't like helping customers....a customer came in and asked us if we knew if someone was available to help yet she heard that customer and said NOTHING! (And this is while waiting for self checkout) When trying to check out the items weren't coming up sales price, according to her she said I had to input my number I did several times and she's just shrugged her shoulders like well idk what to do .....like do your job, all you have to do was honor the sales price for my items and i would have been on my way....how is it my fault your the only one there working. It one thing when you want ppl to treat you nice yet you come off straight rude and disrespectful! But can also have your kid laying on the floor under a blanket behind all kinds of carts full of items needing to be on shelves. DON'T shop here take your money else where! ~Angelica

This Walgreens has very very unpleasant and disrespectful customer service. The employee Chisara was an incredibly rude individual. Not only did she refuse to help me at the photo kiask because she said it was self-service. When I explained to her that I had never used it and I needed some assistance she became increasingly rude and not only that she started to talk bad about me with her other coworkers. She was adamant about her refusal to help me and doubled down on her refusal to help me. She needs to be fired immediately because she obviously doesn't want to work this job and when I post the video I'm sure Wal Greens will address her incompetence ~johanna

Ordered a number 15 ultimate breakfast burrito. Not sure where the meat is….. tater tots was cold. Drink was perfect. Found a eyelash in my burrito…… 0/10 highly disappointed ~Tayler

I ordered a large crust stuffed pizza with pepperoni and beef, and just half with mushrooms to be delivered. That is what I paid for, but not what I received. The delivery time was supposed to be no more than 35 minutes. A pizza arrived about 45-50 minutes later. It was the hand tossed crust, not the stuffed crust I paid for. The toppings were right on the pepperoni only. There was sausage instead of the beef, and light mushrooms over the whole pizza. This is unacceptable that I didn't get what I paid for, and I would like my money back! When I immediately tried calling this location several times, there was no answer. It just rang and rang. I believe you should hire enough employees that can answer the phone, and whom can read an order and get it made correctly! We had no choice but to eat it as is, and for what it was, it was fine, if it had been what I ordered. Please give me my back, or at least the correct pizza I paid for! ~Sharon

Quite often the pumps don't work and/or they don't have gas, so the nozzles are covered in plastic. The squeegees are fine, but they don't put out paper towels and solution so you can clean your windows while you top your tank. Great location and the selections inside are okay, but it's a gas station! ...and when you don't have gas... ~Stan

Once upon a time this place provided great customer service and had great technicians! I’ve been a customer for this company for years! It seems the ladies in the front are not hospitable, great technicians do not stay anymore, products are not the same.When we are in our private rooms technicians have explained that they are not happy the way the company has conducted business. Mistreated! Customers complain! It’s really sad that customer service has become a thing of the past. I will not be paying for a package a deal which are not cheap! Save your money a find another great place to that provides better service, treats their great customers and employees with value! ~Melissa
