I wish I had read the reviews before going to this CVS. I was trying to pick up my medication a couple of days ago. They clam that they did not get a conformation. When in fact it was done a few days ago. Such incompetence like this needs CVS doors to Shut Down and replaced with a Taco Bell restaurant.

Horrible experience when checking out at "SELF CHECKOUT"! The ONE girl on the floor is so rude, doesn't like helping customers....a customer came in and asked us if we knew if someone was available to help yet she heard that customer and said NOTHING! (And this is while waiting for self checkout) When trying to check out the items weren't coming up sales price, according to her she said I had to input my number I did several times and she's just shrugged her shoulders like well idk what to do .....like do your job, all you have to do was honor the sales price for my items and i would have been on my way....how is it my fault your the only one there working. It one thing when you want ppl to treat you nice yet you come off straight rude and disrespectful! But can also have your kid laying on the floor under a blanket behind all kinds of carts full of items needing to be on shelves. DON'T shop here take your money else where!

If this is the Cartwright & Texas Parkway [2234] location, the manager confirms the store is closing permanently in a year or less. This used to be a Eckhart's store that CVS bought. Soon it will be a empty shell blighting another middle class neighborhood. If they can't make strong profit ... bye-bye! The sense of "community" is non-existent with these large corporations. Your convenience is not their problem. 😞

Worst store ever.their boss name ms.eveny she doesnt wanna be their and lazy and she hates customers.why do they have her as a store manager if she doesn't wanna be there.i wouldnt recommend this store nobody.expired stuff everywhere.nothing on the shelfs and she racists as well.i see being rude and disrespectful to customers.i thought customers are always right because are buying but she needs to fired and need a new manager that wants to be their at work.trust me this manager is lazy and bad service always.

This store is nasty,their freezer where they have drinks all expired and super dirty with Flys and bugs.their store boss is rude and disrespectful always gone and never around and she always talking behind people back.that isn't okay.this store terrible customer service and their store manager is always mad and doesn't wanna be their.dont recommend nobody come shop here.

The self checkout they have in place in there now is annoying. Also the fact that it’s not really always a self checkout in literal terms because one of the employees is always breathing down your back to assist you when you didn’t ask for it.

Placed an order on the app for photos to be printed. Estimated pick up time was after three hours. After three hours I still did not receive an email confirmation for the photos. So I decided to go to CVS to see what was going on. There was two women working the register the lady helping me told me to be moved to the side and helped several people in the line. After 5 minutes, She went to check the photo Computer and it turned out that it ran out of ribbon paper. I noticed that there was not an option to cancel order however I wish there was a better communication process established that way didn’t have to wait for 10 to 15 minutes to tell me that they ran out of paper. Do they not order the ribbon paper in time to have enough in stock? it would’ve been better if there was a better communication process between the retail store and customers that way I could’ve changed pick up locations and not have to go through this hassle. Management needs better communication.I believe Ebony was the manager on duty. What other options could she had given me? Poor management skills.

I went this store on 3/12/17, expecting the worst experience ever due to the reviews. Starting from the Pharmacy (I was picking up a prescription), both the clerk and Pharmacist, recognized I was standing there and acknowledged me. Oh, let me not forget while browsing the stocked shelves a non pharmacy clerk asked if I needed help. We chatted and she was very helpful and pleasant. When I went to sign the ticket for rx, I reached for a pen on the counter, the lady behind the counter apologized for not asking if I needed a pen. WHAT get out of here! I started looking for the camera's, too nice. I have never been treated so respectful as a customer as I was in this store. This store that I was actually prepared for the worst service based on reviews. I even asked if the staff was new and told them why (ratings). Needless to say, I could not, not give them a 5* rating for how I was treated. KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK!

I just experienced horrible customer service at this location! I waited in the pick-up section for at least 10 minutes! I was not even acknowledged. Mind you there were 3 people behind the counter just running around and doing whatever they were doing. Oh, and I forgot to mention I WAS THE ONLY ONE THERE! When I approached one of the workers there that I needed help. She looked at me stupid. I asked, "excuse me can someone help me, I am here to pick a prescription." I was making eye contact with the worker, and I got nothing. She did not reply back! She looked me like I was stupid!! Then after a minute of looking at me she then said that I needed to go to the pick-up section. NEWS FLASH, I WAS ALREADY THERE! Anyways, she gave me my prescription and I was on my way. Horrible customer service ever! It does not matter how tired you are, or if you hate your job, or if you're about to close, you are there to service the customer. A fake smile would have helped for crying out loud. Better yet, an apology. By the way the person that helped me out, her name is Blessing. Not so much of a blessing tonight!
