Update: Samantha is awesome and I’ve started coming back to this store because she is super helpful and always smiling. Awesome customer service from her every time. Old:Not a friendly pharmacy staff. The pharmacy tech came out of the bathroom after me and another lady were waiting at the pickup counter. She yells out to me can I help you from across the store. Yes let me yell out to you what I need from the pharmacy. I worked as a pharmacy tech for almost 10 years and we took hipaa seriously. Went to the other cvs on reading and they helped me much more professionally and got me in and out quickly.

We just moved to our New House in Richmond Veranda Sub-Division i changed my pharmacy this CVS location i been here for the time the store looked very well organized and clean i needed help with a medicine the pharmacist helped me he was very friendly and caring Thank you 🙏🏼

The employees are sweet. The pharmacists and pharmacy staff are great. Extremely fast about filling prescriptions and very informative. So grateful to have such a great location nearby.

Always very clean and well stocked with specials and sales on a weekly basis. The pharmacy is very helpful and fills prescriptions on a timely basis. I am happy to have this drug store nearby.

Stopped in the store to pick up butterfly stitches because my daughter fell and split open her stitches, couldn't get any of the 3 workers in the store to stop what they were doing and help me find them. After looking and going back to ask for help, the workers finally God mad at each other for not helping.... Come on guys get it together. Went to Walgreens, they immediately helped me to find what I needed, lesson learned, avoid CVS

The store is always clean and stocked.There are always sales going on. For a neighborhood store, it is doing quite well keeping up. Cvs honors all their coupons and for that reason I will always shop here. I'm a happy customer.

Being new to the area, I was nervous about finding a pharmacy. I've had local pharmacies the last 17 years because they usually offer a more personalized experience. Well, this CVS is like a hometown pharmacy! Each pharmacist has been so friendly and gone out of their way to be helpful and caring. Even walking into the store, you are greeted with smiles and staff asking if you need help. Look no further than this pharmacy for your needs!

Not my usual store. Went to return energy drinks (in can) i didn't drink because something wrong with coloring of it...which i purchased a week ago from this same store. Under cvs policy, unopened beverage with original receipt can be return within 30 days. I checked the policy before going and drinks were kept cold in fridge. Clerk (idk his name) was in disbelief looking at me as if i am crazy person. Refused return saying he doesn't think cold beverages can be return. Left and went to another store to return them. And they accepting without any problem! Know your policy!
