Pharmacist Lisa Pham is very disrespectful to customers & the service there is awful! She’s been reported to the store manager & the corporate office. Terrible customer service, she speaks loudly to customers in a very derogatory tone while discussing their medical information. If she’s over worked & tired, maybe it’s time that she does something else.

The Pharmacist Linda Pham is very rude and disrespectful to customers. When asking personal medical questions regarding prescriptions she speaks loudly, waves her hands in the air and in a tone of voice that is very disrespectful! I’ve reported her to the store manager & corporate office. I will move my prescriptions from that store!

This Walgreens has very very unpleasant and disrespectful customer service. The employee Chisara was an incredibly rude individual. Not only did she refuse to help me at the photo kiask because she said it was self-service. When I explained to her that I had never used it and I needed some assistance she became increasingly rude and not only that she started to talk bad about me with her other coworkers. She was adamant about her refusal to help me and doubled down on her refusal to help me. She needs to be fired immediately because she obviously doesn't want to work this job and when I post the video I'm sure Wal Greens will address her incompetence

This is the WORST customer service I’ve received from a pharmacy. The gentleman (if he should even be called that) was so rude and sarcastic. When I explained my issues his response was ALWAYS “okay so what are u needing mam?” Moving locations not using this one again. After words both times he just cuts off the phone line. Don’t go here

Pharmacy is a disappointment. The staff are not well trained, my son NEEDED a medication and they were not able to find it and their apologies was "Dr has terrible handwriting". Wow so sad. Wish I could give -20 starts

You’re losing all of your business to amazon because your reps in person customer service skills is horrible. Brenda Hubbard is rude to customers and Robert also. They rather blame customers than service them. Read books on customer service instead of smoking cigarettes and watching tik tok all day long. How bout that?

I hate this pharmacy! The pharmacy techs always have this nonchalant attitude! Always rude and sarcastic and they take to long to assist. Always a line inside and outside! Will have to switch locations once again and it will be my 3rd time! So disappointed with Walgreens!

Update: They still have issues. My doctor prescribed meds to be started early tomorrow morning so I was going to pick up today so I'll have them. First, the store manager was late opening the store(30 minutes+ after scheduled opening). Then, pharmacist refused to fill them until tomorrow because "it states to start them tomorrow". So I will miss my morning dose tomorrow because he doesn't understand what "start tomorrow" means. It doesn't mean "don't dispense until". Two totally different things. This is highly negligent. As stated before, my doctor has proven what directive they've sent it with and the pharmacist is not abiding by it correctly. For Walgreens liability sake, they better make sure their pharmacists start operating responsibly. Pharmacy has issues. They told me my meds were filled but they cannot dispense due to doctor instructions. I spoke with my doctor and they said they never gave those instructions. Walgreens already billed my insurance however. I had to wait two days for my meds and go in this morning ( when they said they'd dispense). I was suppose to start them this morning. They claim it will be an hour because they have to fill them and verify. They had said days ago they filled it and they already got approval and payment from my insurance days ago. So what are the delays and games about? Then lying and blaming doctor? The online progress notification has said filled and verifying since I tried to get them this morning. So which is it...filled or not filled? And it was verified and authorized the 29th so......

Will be moving my prescriptions elsewhere. I switched to the Walgreens closer to my home two months ago and I have had issues since. I request my prescription through the Walgreens application and last month, I had to wait 40 minutes to pick up a medication that I received email confirmation was ready 8 hours prior. I received 100 apologies and told it wouldn’t happen again. Now Friday I request my medication again through the Walgreens app and was told it would be ready Monday by 12pm. I log in and see that it’s still only listed as “received”. So instead of going in, I call the Pharmacy. While speaking to the Pharmacist, I receive a Walgreen notification that my prescription status has now changed from “received” to “in process”….WHILE IM ON THE PHONE WITH THE PHARMACIST. Then I’m told my medication is not only NOT IN STOCK, but they’ll have to order and have it sent which will take 2-3 additional days. No. Completely unprofessional and sad. I will be taking my business elsewhere. I shouldn’t have to check up on a Pharmacy to see about my medication every month. I am using your application. Why is this an issue every single time? No more apologies. I needed action and what I received was another excuse about technology and blame the weekend. Nope.
