I was quite surprised! The car hop was upbeat and friendly. The food was hot! We had 3 combo burgers fries and it was all hot and delicious. The soft drinks were all mix perfectly. That crew and the manager deserves big kudos!

The running joke around the area is how this Sonic is always "Out of Ice Cream." But, today we went for four waffle cones. We were told to pull forward while the ice cream "chills" and it will only be a minute. After over 30 minutes, a kid comes out and hands me a refund and tells me "sorry the ice cream machine is down." I would have laughed if they told us this at first, but after waiting in our car for over 30 MINUTES!? We ordered at 18:14 and the refund was issued at 18:51. I went to talk to the manager "Jose" to tell him I would like a coupon for future ice cream cones to compensate us for our time wasted. He starts yelling that he had already given me a refund and that if I wanted to complain to call the number on the receipt.

Everything about the food was terrible. I ordered a #3 no cheese or pickles. The Lettuce was wilted, the meat Pattie’s and bacon looked and tasted as if they re-warmed, the buns were soggy. Overall just a terrible waste of money and calories. I took one bite and throw the rest in the trash!!

Drive thru hasn’t been working for months, and the side lanes to order in never work. Took 30+ minutes for three cars to get two drinks each.

Done with this Sonic along with the rest of the family. Have been going to this location for years. I fully understand today's staffing issues/wait times etc. Not the problem or complaint here: but the past 6 months: always out of Ice Cream / "Machine down" / Can't make the Blast's , "Machine Down". Always at night, but well before closing time. THEY ARE SO FULL OF IT. This location routinely "PRE-CLOSES" well before posted hours and tells customers they can't serve you, "machine is down", like it's the first time they gave the lame excuse. Junior employee's even hesitate for a moment & say let me check when ordering, then come back with the excuses time after time. If you cared about your guests, you would be happy to serve them & take their money right up until your posted hours. I can easily spot a "pre close" and staff that does not want to Re-clean equipment. Do Not want our business? Now you don't get it anymore!

Ordered a number 15 ultimate breakfast burrito. Not sure where the meat is….. tater tots was cold. Drink was perfect. Found a eyelash in my burrito…… 0/10 highly disappointed

If I wanted to be told "we don't have any ice cream." I would of went to McDonald's.. Sonic has gotten ridiculous lately. I should have to go to multiple Sonics to order. Either one is closed an hour early, and the other doesn't have ice cream or they are understaffed and it's taking 20+ minutes for drive thru. Get it together Sonic! You've lost my business for a while, until you do better.

The service here is good. I came with my sister for a slushy. We like to add the nerds. It’s very good. My favorite flavor is mango.

I have been going to this location for years. Most recently the service has gone down hill. Today I was charge almost 8.00 for a kids meal with onion rings as a substitute. They charged me 1.60 for a kids drink that typically comes with the meal. When I brought it to the attention of the worker, I was told that they always charge for the drink. Needless to say, I’m done with this location.

The local neighborhood Sonic in Sienna Plantation. Their service has improved dramatically since opening a few years ago. The staff is very accommodating and the outdoor seating is nice. However, please be patient as they're very busy due to all the high school kids in the area. We always get the boneless wings, matzarolla sticks, cheddar peppers and tater tots. The lemonade is very good and so are the milkshakes. I usually get the mini sized shakes.
