Chicken is normally good and hot and order is normally correct. Could use a good cleaning in and outside.

The food was good. I got one of their macaroni bowls with spicy chicken. I would order it again, but I may try to make it myself at home. But definitely try the one at KFC. You may become a fan like I did.

I returned some uncooked chicken. The manager Ms. Vicki spoke down to me. She took some chicken out replacing the chicken that I returned. She refried it, brought it out to me. Then told the other waitresses to throw out all of that chicken that she pulled my chicken from. I came home to eat my dinner. The chicken looked dark from the refried. I later had an upset stomach and diarrhea. It was really a bad experience. I did not go back to that KFC because I did not want to have a confrontation with that manager. Please check your food before you leave the store..

I always try to give this KFC a shot but each time it's the same l. Idk why there is a "A" rated outside there window. For one some of the employees are nasty. The older black guy with the receding hair sneezed in his hand while giving me my receipt and didn't even wash his hands. To make matters worst before he even ringed up my food, he was handling food with no gloves, so no telling what he touched. Luckily, the Caribbean woman with the big eyes behind her mask gave me my food . I ordered a #15 with a extra biscuit and extra side of fries. Luckily I ate inside because my Mac and cheese was not in the inside of the box so I let the woman know and she gave me one. I ordered crispy chicken but I got extra crispy chicken. I guarantee the chicken they gave me wasn't fresh and just a piece they probably pre ordered because they didn't feel like making 1 from fresh. The skin was disgusting. And I hope they clean the soda dispenser because my brisk tasted like tooth paste. Have to do better. This is the closest KFC in Missouri city, represent it right

I don't eat fast food much anymore but I use to work at KFC for years when I was younger an I love their cole slaw and original chicken when it's fresh and this location had fresh food and the service was good.

They always out of everything with more than an hour before closing. I get being out of a couple things just before closing but an hour and a half is ridiculous

awful and unacknowledgable. Stood for 15 mins before the person in front of me was even greeted. Food was just set on the counter without notice of who's order it even was. And God forbid you ask them for things that we're supposed to already be in the bag! All was fresh, but not worth the irritation getting it.

They don't take coupons. No reason to go to this location same food at all of them. Might as well go to one that lets you use coupons.

This KFC been here for years & still trash. Go at your own risk. They take the worst ppl in fast food & put them in this location. You say mash potatoes & they give you fries. You say chicken & you might get turkey

Nobody's order was correct even though we only ordered 2 $5 boxes and 1 kids meal. They didn't even get our drink order right and only had small cups. We immediately went to churches. This is exactly why I don't mess with KFC. I took a pic of right now... Church's on the left and KFC on the right. Smmfh. NEVER AGAIN!!
