The employees are great! As is their GREAT charge to cash a check. $60 check from the post office CHARGE $10 and yes, it was drawn from chase. It's cheaper to use their services and have another company do the work. It makes no sense, there was no risk. Why is the reward so high? I guarantee nobody in my family will hold a chase account, it's just the point now.

Excellent Customer Support I have been a customer here for 10 years and I have always had great customer support and experiences inside the branch. The bankers have also reviewed my accounts on occasion to make suggestions for different products. This customer service proactive approach is greatly appreciated. Horrible customer service. Went there 2 weeks ago applying for a new commercial checking account and line of credit. The person that helped us said she was retiring and that another officer would be calling us. They never did. You can't call their branch or any other branch. No direct number. Wells Fargo here we come!!

I just walk to get some change and ask for my Id. It's ok. After that, they make me wait for a least 5 minutes. Then ask me if I'm their customer. I don't get change because I don't have a Chase account. Really?

Best service and support than any Bank I have had dealings that can match Chase Bank They have stood by me through thick and thin. No Bank can be so happy to provide services to all ethnicity and diversity than Chase Bank. I have been so lucky ! am doing better with their help. Always doing their best for the baby boomers. The staff is helpful and really sincere. Their advise is has always been profitable to me. I'm a widow having experienced setbacks would have broken any woman. I cannot say the same for the a certain manger at a Bank I had the misfortune to be handed over when COUNTRY WIDE COLLAPSED in 2008. I wanted to transfer to Chase Bank but I was so lost after my husband had passed away. When I had put a huge Down payment for the house which I still own in Sienna Plantation on Story Book Trail. TX 77459-3521 and now I rent here in Fresno CA 93720 !!!

Went here for a quick deposit. Almost no wait at all and very nice ambience. I was quickly taken care of and the teller was very courteous and friendly. I usually go to the other Chase a couple of lights away near Walmart but I was quitely surprised by their fast service.
