Placed an order online at 6:03pm and drove to this location arriving at 6:10. When we arrived, my wife couldn't check in so we had to push the call button and tell them we'd arrived. The order taker said okay and that they'd "add it to stall #1". 15 minutes later we pushed the button to see if our order was on the way and we were told "yes, they're making it now." Another 20 minutes later 6:45, the food was delivered to us. My wife checked the order and told the employee that we were missing a Sonic cheeseburger. 10 minutes later he came back and told us "the cook says it's in the bag." We told him it wasn't in the bag so he went back in. At 6:58 he came back out with another burger and said that it wasn't a Sonic cheeseburger but a quarter pounder and is that okay 😐. I don't like to complain but but there's a reason why there are so many other poor reviews for this location. We won't be coming back here and it makes me sad as I used to come here with friends in highschool and I liked bringing my kids here after karate class but don't waste your time. This location leaves much to be desired.

Yesterday, after I placed my order I could not locate my wallet to pay for it. I paid in cash and went home to look for my wallet. While there, I searched numerous times before I was convinced that my wallet could not be found. I was doubtful that my wallet could be found, but I returned to Sonic Drive anyway and asked whether or not a wallet had been located. Remarkably, one of the employees had located it and turned it in. Kudos to Mr. Fernando Melendez and the marvelous staff of the Sienna Ranch Sonic Drive in. You've raised providing excellent service to a new level. You have earned my business. Thanks so much.

Waited for 50, yes FIFTY, minutes tonight just to get my order. Absolutely ridiculous. This place wasn't even busy enough to justify it taking that long. Instead of making orders, the staff were inside yelling at each other. Awful service. Worst sonic. location I've been to. Won't come back!!!

The manager was the person that took my order at drive thru. She was very pleasant and efficient. This is the place I go when I crave a foot long chili cheese dog. They also have pretty good onion rings as well. I pass through there at least once a month.

Waited for 45 min for an online order after i checked in. Didn't respond to button. When I finally got someone's attention, they said they would start on my order. After 5 more minutes I was told the ice cream machine was down. Didn't get any of the food I ordered either. Now I have to try and get a refund. Used to love this location but no more.

Service is very slow, I waited 30 minutes for one singular drink. My drink had mold and a bug in it. My drink also tasted like sparkling water? (I got a cherry limeade) Never going back to this location, they obviously have poor standards for hygiene.

We waited 30 minutes to order after the red button was pressed. I had to press the red button a second time because a car next to us pulled up and immediately was being helped. After I ordered we waited another 30 minutes or more to get our food. I don't like coming to this Sonic, but my daughter does. I ordered a dill pickle burger add bacon and grilled onions, . The burger was cold no bacon or grilled onions. A young man came to my vehicle to ask me did I order a corn dog. Every time I come here the wait is long and the food is cold and not cooked to your request. My daughter ordered popcorn chicken and tots . We asked for ranch dressing and ketchup none of these condiments were in the bag. I am an unhappy customer.

Second time I've ordered online and come here for pickup. Both times missing food items when I got home. This time I ordered 3 hotdogs with 3 tots. Got home and not one hotdog. My bad for not checking well enough but I still will not be coming back. The packaging seemed like it was an there so I recommend checking thoroughly if you decide to risk coming here. I waited 30 min past my pickup time as well.

It’s kinda crazy here, like my order is not always correct but they are really nice and the burgers are like somebody Uncle that used to own a burger shop in the back. These are sonic burgers x 10!!! They should be putting them in a brown bag because these are those good hood burgers. Sooooo good! Even though I’ve had issues every time I’ve come the nice staff and good burgers bring me back!
