I'm so happy I stopped in today. I called 10 quilting shops to find a certain flower maker. I walked in today, and the owner asked her worker where to find the flower makers. They had a set! I was so happy. I bought a bunch of other items, too. Excellent customer service! Even with the construction on the street, it's worth the trip!

This place is a hidden gem. Want crafts, fabric, seasonal supplies at a fraction of price? Come here to name your own price. It is a second hand store where you can bring supplies you don't want for store credit and then buy supplies you do want. Lots of craft books, yarn, stamps, patterns, fabric, and more. It is nice to be able to only get scraps of things or bulk depending on needs. Need only an inch of ribbon, you can do that here instead of having to buy a roll. Staff is generous with pricing and often will round it to include taxes for you. So if it be $5 with tax instead of 5.23 or something odd. I recommend being generous on your estimates to support them. They'll let you know what is reasonable if need ideas. Wish I was local for this store but fellow family members are. So I'll be visiting every time I'm in town.

Love it here! Everyone is the most friendly and they really foster a community feel. I wouldn’t be able to do half the crafting I love without this place selling stuff for cheap.

Big fan. All sorts of secondhand craft supplies like fabrics, stamps, yarn, needles, thread, stickers, papers, pens, paints, buttons, beads, and on and on. You'll find all sorts of strange treasures that change all the time. It's great to reuse things and support a small business here, and they also sell local artists' wares, too. They've been kind each time I visit and they are very generous (too generous) when deciding on a price. I always save a ton of money vs buying new. It's a treat to stop by and find something. The new location seems to offer a bit more space, which is nice, too.

Fantastic place to find odds and ends or trade in unused items. I especially love their fabric section, tons of fun vintage prints! They also have a section of items that local folks have made. Very creative and fun selection.

I LOVE the Create/Exchange!!! Imagine all the craft/art/sewing supplies you could want and it's affordable?! Truly a special place right here in Cedar Rapids. I never walk out of here empty handed. Inventory changes all the time & you never know what you will find.

This place fascinates me as a crafter and bargain lover. I love that you can buy just what to need and no more. One button...one yard...one piece...no problem! No extras left over!! And you name your price-. Amazing! Twice I was told my offer was too high and they adjusted it lower...once too low and they adjusted it higher. Very fair. And what an interesting mix of all things eclectically crafty! Gotta check it out!

The lady, Jennifer Stewart, is so nice and friendly! Lots of crafts and diy supplies. Scrapbooking, knitting/crochet, cross stitch, acrylic paint, fabric, stamping, etc. If it's a craft, it's probably there! Pay what you can afford. Also has a gift shop on the side, to sell handcrafted creations. If you have extra supplies, you can redeem them for store credit as well. Regular weekly classes on a variety of diy projects are given. Check the stores FB page. Create🔁Exchange, in the very historic Czech Village in Cedar Rapids. Leashed dogs are allowed!
