An unfortunate "meeting" with a deer brought me to Harv's. I can't say enough great things about Harv's. From my perspective they worked seamlessly with my insurance company to get my 2019 Kia Soul back to new. Body work included front grill and body panels, hood, headlight, several engine compartment parts, and multiple smaller exterior parts, and this was all done with the supply chain issues of late 2021. Jason and the crew at Harv’s have treated me well for years. I’ve had both insurance claim work done here as well as crazy, my teenage kid scraped the car up and don’t want to file a claim work done here and they are always professional, affordable and do quality work

Wrecked both of our family vehicles within a week of one another. They were excellent from desk to garage! Made everything a lot less stressful and did awesome work on the vehicles. Even if I thought something wasn't quite "right", they let me bring it back in to take a closer look. Recommend!

The people here go beyond customer service. They are truly a business that is customer oriented. I visited their business and called them several times with questions and concerns regarding my insurance company and they always took the time to talk to me; even if I was asking the same thing. I was stressed and they were very understanding. I've never met these people before and havent heard about their place because I'm new to the area and they really cared about me as a person. Thank you so much.

I have only the most positive things to say about Harv's, having had only the most positive experiences. Jason and Cathy (Kathy?) are great to work with and very helpful. The work of the body shop staff is very good. I have, unfortunately, had my car in to Harv's THREE times this year for medium/minor work and each time, I was completely satisfied.

Absolutely grateful Harvs was recommended To us when my son got into an accident out of State. I live in Illinois the accident was in Iowa City. Harvs was excellent. Kathi called and emailed regularly to keep me informed. They Handled all the correspondence for the claim with my insurance company. They made sure not only was my car returned in excellent shape. Cant even tell it was in an accident. But they did it within the time frame promised and went above and beyond to work with myself and my son. Being out of state and feeling at ease that my car was in good hands, I truly could not put a price on. Highly recommend them!! Thank you HARVS and KATHI for your excellent service and care!

A tree branch fell and broke the outside mirror off my car. On a Wednesday, I went to Harvs Auto Body Repair for an estimate. They gave me a written estimate of $327.43 and I agreed to do the work there. They said it usually takes two days to get the part, but they let me know if it took longer, and suggested I make an appointment for the following Friday afternoon, which I did. I made a special trip (I live a ways away), arrived at the appointed time to be told the part had not arrived. After some phone calls, they said it would be in in another couple of days, and that I should make an appointment for the following Wednesday, and they would let me know if the part still had not come in. To their credit, this time they did let me know and said that instead of making an appointment, they would just call me when it came in. They called, I went back a second time, and they installed the mirror. It looked fine. Then they said that the total would be $418.43. When I pointed out the discrepancy from the estimate, they said that it was because they didn't realize that it would need more parts than they originally thought. I told them that it was clear to me from a cursory glance, that the mirror would require every available part, and that anyone giving an estimate should be able to see that. They blamed the manufacturer's drawings, said it wasn't clear what was included in the part number. I was clear about my dissatisfaction, so they took 0.4 hours of labor off the bill which cut it down to $388.59, still $61.16 over the original estimate. I just wanted out of there, so I paid. I have no intention of ever going back, and would (and have) suggested to others to also stay away.
