Had a fantastic experience at Tooltimes -- I was traveling cross country shortly before a holiday, had car trouble, Tim got me in very last-minute. Answered my many questions, very knowledgeable and kind, and didn't even charge me anything when it turned out the problem was just my user error and not anything mechanical! In all fairness I've known this guy for many years, but he knows his stuff as a mechanic and has always been fair on prices and will tell you if it is in need of immediate repair or if it really can wait. He's saved my vehicle several times and saved me money every single time. Yes he is a friend but he has more than earned my repeat business.
