Worst place to eat in Mo valley. The food is not good its like its been there since the day before. Customer service is horrible and they don’t listen to what you say they just assume. I do not recommend Mcdonalds in Mo Valley. Also to top the poor customer service from the workers they are also lazy and do not put out a professional look. Do not recommend to anyone I will never be back.

Hot fries and generous portions. Our burgers were fresh and loaded. They were very busy but the employees were smiling and keeping a quick pace with orders.

They packaged our food very poorly, and were considerably slow. I appreciated their workers being very kind, but also didn’t get us our drinks. Nice workers, but incompetent.

NEW MANAGEMENT A.S.A.P. !!!!! A fast food restaurant or any restaurant should ever be this dirty ..food on tables,food on the floors, trash cans over flowing ..sticky tables,dirty windows, parking lot had trash everywhere..not very inviting at all ..brooms and dust mops left sitting in the lobby ..I'm giving this McDonald's 1 star only for the fact that are food order was correct ..and I got 5 extra nuggets because apparently they do not take the time to count out 20 nuggets ..and the bathroom was disgusting this McDonald's is very poorly ran ..employees were polite and did bring us are order to the table in a timely manner but we were so distracted by the Flys that were everywhere that we took are meal To go !! Do better McDonald's we even had to clean are own table before we could sit down

McDonald's is always hit or miss on fresh French fries. This is was another miss. Cold and soft. I went through drive thru about 12:45pm. The double cheese burger looked and tasted like it was made few hits earlier when they switch over from breakfast to lunch menu.

The food was good and all but I specifically requested a Thor Love and Thunder toy with my happy meal. It was quite disappointing when I received a toy of goofy on a train. Like my brother in Christ, how do you mix that up. Also I didn’t get my Korg milk. McDonald’s happy meals should make a kid happy. However I was left with a sad meal. As sadness is all I feel now. I have no ounce of happiness as I didn’t receive my Valkyrie toy… Do better McDonald’s.

Terrible service. Waited 32 minutes for 5 McDoubles, 2 large fries and a 4 piece chicken nugget. We had to ask for the chicken nuggets and then when we got to our vehicle 3 of the burgers were not even right. Everyone's orders were backed up and messed up from both drive thru and inside

Food was cold and employee at window was rude and snotty and wanted to argue. Then turned around and made it a big seen when we wanted a refund or replacement. We ended up getting a refund. It's atrocious that employees are allowed to act this way toward customers
